Is Kentucky The Most Corrupt State in the Country Trafficking Children Through Child "Protection" Services?

Health Impact News and MedicalKidnap.com has previously reported how the FBI saying that Kentucky is “the most corrupt state in the country,” and urged families to share their stories involving alleged corruption in their dealings with Child Protective Services, or the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS), as it is known in Kentucky. It appears that corruption in Kentucky continues to run deep and wide.

Parents Protest Medical Kidnappings in Michigan

Parents in Michigan traveled to Ann Arbor Michigan this week to protest medical kidnappings, where doctors conspire with Child Protection Services to take children away from parents based solely on a doctor’s opinion of “medical abuse.” The protest took place at the University of Michigan Board of Regents.

Medically Kidnapped Senior in New York Hospital "Wasting Away"

Montefiore Wakefield Hospital in the Bronx, New York has allegedly refused to release Laredo Regular’s grandfather, Julius, from confinement within its walls. Has Julius Corley been a pawn in a Medicaid fraud claim? Why was Julius allowed to waste away to 135 lbs while in Montefiore Hospital when he could and would eat for his family, and when allowed to see his loved ones and those who cared about him, and could and would speak on his own behalf? Why, although the hospital claims that “sometimes dementia patients are in denial,” was Mr. Corley able to speak well enough and was lucid enough for the hospital to honor his request to not have a feeding tube inserted—for over three and a half months?

The family believes that someone in that hospital has a conscience, that someone there still believes that they are helping people have better lives. This is not a good life for Julius, nor anyone else who is suffering there. Speak up. Speak out!

Same Doctor Behind Two Wrongly Convicted Shaken Baby Cases in Massachusetts

Dr. Alice Newton, the Medical Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital Child Protection Program, is back in the news. Dr. Newton gained attention in the media in 2014 during the Justina Pelletier medical kidnapping case when she used the designation of “medical child abuse” to take Justina away from her parents. Justina’s parents were not happy with the treatment of Justina, and had sought a second opinion, more consistent with their regular doctor.

In this report from WCVB in Boston, two people who were accused of “Shaken Baby Syndrome” by Dr. Alice Newton have allegedly had their charges dropped after being wrongly convicted on false evidence. Dr. Newton is part of a recently created pediatric specialty that looks for medical child abuse. Some would say that these specialists must find medical abuse to justify their positions, and that they often are quick to make judgments without considering other evidence.

Innocence Destroyed: Case Against Texas Homeschool Family Dismissed as Traumatized Children Try to Rebuild Their Lives

The Rembis family in Texas is rejoicing and giving glory to God. Family court Judge Cyndi Wheless has ruled that the CPS case against them is dismissed. Their children are home, and there are no more “hoops” to jump through to prove that they are good parents for their 11 homeschooled children.

Though they are thankful that the case is over, the trauma that the family has experienced is not. The children have reportedly lost some of their innocence. They no longer have the security of the childlike faith that their daddy can protect them from anything, because they saw that, against the monster of Child Protective Services, their strong daddy was powerless.

The fears of the children are triggered by simple things like the ringing of the doorbell. They are afraid of the police now. Their parents have taught them that the police are the good guys, but the children no longer trust that. They are fearful that any police officer they see works with CPS and will take them away from their parents.

Some of the children have been having nightmares, and cry out in the night from dreams “that I was in the foster home.” They come to their parents room in the middle of the night, scared.

Child Protection Employees Rarely Pay Price for Failing to Protect Foster Children from Abuse

When it comes to Child Welfare and Child Protection Service (CPS) agencies across the U.S., the public is fed a very one-sided view that justifies these massive federal programs funded by American taxpayers. The view is that there are vast numbers of children being abused in their homes by their families that need rescuing by these CPS agencies. The failures of these agencies to themselves protect the children they take out of homes and put into foster care are brushed aside under the umbrella excuse that they are under-staffed with not enough funding to properly take care of all these supposedly abused children.

The truth, however, is far different than this picture being painted before the public. Studies clearly show that children left in their homes with their parents, even when they are left in troubled homes, are far better off than they would be in foster care away from their family. (See: Foster Care Children are Worse Off than Children in Troubled Homes.) Children in foster care are routinely abused physically and sexually, given psychotic drugs they would not normally be on if they had remained with their families, and far more likely to die before reaching adulthood.

When these failures of CPS agencies are discovered and prosecuted in court, resulting in settlements and payouts, the social workers seldom are held accountable, according to a new investigative report by Will Drabold of the Seattle Times. He found that over the past eight years, the Washington state Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has been hit with scores of lawsuits, ultimately paying $166.4 million for personal-injury claims.

Many of the most severely injured were children who were tortured, starved or raped. Some died. And yet, in every single case they looked into, not one social worker was fired or suspended. None was demoted or lost pay.

LA County DCFS Continues to Allow Corruption in Foster Care System

Prosecutors have charged two executives of a Los Angeles County group home for youth in the juvenile delinquency system and foster care with misuse of public funds, embezzlement and filing false tax returns.

The charges against Gary O’Neil Batchelor and Steven Bryan Smith, the financial officer and executive director, respectively, of Moore’s Cottage, mark the second time in a year that the district attorney’s office has alleged criminal wrongdoing within the multimillion dollar industry that county officials entrust with the care of some of Southern California’s most vulnerable youth.

As in the district attorney’s recent case against leaders of the Little People’s World group home, the alleged wrongdoing at Moore’s Cottage may have festered for years as county officials ignored signs of financial mismanagement, records show.

Child welfare is an industry and industries are self-protecting ecosystems. Think about it, the only time the federal government pays me is when I take somebody’s kid. And as soon as that kid’s in foster care they instantly become a commodity, and the industry starts to wrap around, doctors, lawyers, judges, social workers, advocates, whole organizations. The industry is committed to this intervention, this taking other people’s children, ‘cause that’s what it needs to survive. And it’s on auto pilot and it’s going to do whatever it has to do to stay alive.

Judge Orders CPS to Return Baby to Parents in Texas Medical Kidnap Case

Tears of relief and joyful smiles were a few indicators of the emotions that Diana Gonzalez and Ethan Johnson felt Tuesday morning when state District Judge Charles Van Orden ruled that their 10-month-old daughter, Melodi, must be returned to them that afternoon by Child Protective Services.

But their rejoicing was cut short briefly Tuesday afternoon when a CPS investigator allegedly defied Van Orden’s order that the couple could be with their daughter at McLane Children’s Hospital Scott & White for testing. They were holding Melodi when the investigator ordered them to surrender her and then the couple was escorted from the hospital by security officers, Brad Williamson, the couple’s attorney, said.

“Melodi had better be back in their arms no later than 4 p.m.,” Williamson said. “They are defying the judge’s ruling that the parents could be there.”

Williamson mentioned possibly calling CPS headquarters directly to file a complaint against it for not following the judge’s orders and could even file a motion for enforcement, he said.

Melodi was returned to her parents before 4 p.m. and was taken home.

Illinois Governor Vetoes Bill For DCFS Services Past 18 - Does This Mean Isaiah Rider Could Go Free?

Advocates for Missouri teen Isaiah Rider’s freedom are cautiously optimistic following the news that Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner vetoed a bill on Friday. The bill would have extended DCFS services to young adults between the ages of 18 and 21.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the bill sent to Rauner’s desk “would require that foster care cases remain open until wards reach the age of 21, instead of 18.” He vetoed the bill on August 21, calling it an “unfunded mandate” which”places a significant financial burden on the department, particularly because the department would not be eligible for matching federal funds for all these services.”

Representative Sara Feigenholtz, D-Chicago, sponsored the bill and is vowing to fight back. She made this chilling statement in response to the veto:

“We made a decision to make them wards of the state. That means we’re their parents.”

Isaiah has made it clear on numerous occasions that he neither wants nor needs the government of Illinois to be his parents. Isaiah turns 18 on August 27. Advocates are hopeful that Governor Rauney’s veto signals Isaiah’s freedom, but are afraid to celebrate just yet, until there is confirmation from the Governor’s office that the Missouri family’s nightmare journey with Illinois DCFS is over.

Homebirthed Newborn Medically Kidnapped at Illinois Children’s Hospital

The date was May 23, 2012. It was a beautiful midwife-assisted homebirth: a planned water birth and lotus birth. Mother Dontia, father Armondo, big brother Deon, and new baby sister Asaliah, were all happy and doing great after the birth. However, concerns regarding redness around the umbilical cord at Asaliah’s navel caused mom to seek medical treatment on June 8, 2012, at the OSF St. Francis Children’s Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

Little did Dontia know that this seemingly unassuming trip to the E.R., seeking help for her baby’s infection, would reportedly end up completely destroying her life by removing both her 11 year-old son and her newborn baby from her custody, violating what she claims is her constitutional right to religious freedom, and later, while still in the midst of fighting CPS for her medically kidnapped children, sending her into a life of hiding and secrecy to protect the life of her third unborn child.

Deon is now 14, Asaliah is now 3, and her third child (un-named to conceal her identity and protect her from being seized), is now 2. Dontia has not seen or spoken to Deon in three years, nor has she had visitations with Asaliah since she fled Illinois, unable to bear the loss of another child.

Dontia and her third child remain in hiding today. This is her story.

California Parents Blamed for SIDS Death - Lose Remaining Children to CPS

Crystal Avenger of El Dorado, California states that 3-month old Alana Jo received a Hepatitis B vaccination in the hospital shortly before her death. Approximately one week prior to her death, in March 2015 they took her back to the hospital for a sick visit and she was diagnosed with a common cold.

On the morning of March 18, 2015, Christopher awoke and noticed his daughter, Alana, didn’t look normal. His voice laden with emotion as he recalled,

“I picked her up from the bed and her arms went completely limp.”

He immediately called 911 and frantically followed the 911 operator’s instructions for CPR on his baby. The other children were watching in horror as Christopher tried desperately to revive Alana. The baby was taken away in an ambulance, and her mother Crystal was not even allowed to go with her.

An investigation began, and despite no evidence of abuse with the parents, the remaining four children were removed from the home by force, screaming as they were ripped away from their parents.

BREAKING - Illinois Social Worker Threatens to Arrest Teen Isaiah Rider When He Turns 18

In a stunning new development on the Isaiah Rider case, a social worker from Illinois told Isaiah Wednesday that if he were to decide to move out on his own when he turns 18 next week, he would be arrested.

Missouri resident Isaiah Rider is not a criminal, nor is he in any way incompetent. Far from it. He is a good student with ambitions of becoming a doctor in the future.

But another state is controlling his life, and a caseworker from the state of Illinois DCFS (Child Protective Services) is making it clear that there will be serious repercussions for Isaiah when he becomes a legal adult if he tries to escape the control of DCFS.

The Rider family is reeling from this new revelation.

Dr. Susan Attacked by Los Angeles DCFS for Going to the Media - Pressure Put on Children to Turn Against Her

Dr. Susan, the Harvard-trained Beverly Hills doctor mom who had her 4 children taken away by Los Angeles County DCFS, is apparently being attacked for taking her story to the media. Just after publishing her story, DCFS canceled her visitation with her children, and rescheduled it.

Was it so DCFS could indoctrinate her children and turn them against her? Health Impact News has exclusive audio recordings of Dr. Susan’s conversations with her children during her last visitation, and they reveal once again just how corrupt DCFS can apparently become when they are determined to kidnap children.

Dr. Susan’s case has already been dismissed with prejudice by a judge in LA County, but DCFS used fraudulent documents to reopen the case in Appellate Court and reverse the decision, sending it back to Dependency Court in what is seen as a rogue travesty of justice by an out-of-control corrupt social service agency – the largest in the nation.

Her case will start out all over again beginning Tuesday August 25th, and Dr. Susan is encouraging everyone to rally at the courthouse and protest this out-of-control corrupt agency that is destroying so many families in LA County.

Are Constitutional Sheriffs America's Hope to Ending Child Protective Services' Tyranny?

Too often, readers feel overwhelmed by the tragic stories published on MedicalKidnap.com, wondering how they can help, what can be done to change the current system, and fearing that they could become the next victims of Child Protective Services (CPS). These fears are compounded when those whom should be trusted to protect the family’s and children’s best interest, like medical doctors or local law enforcement, are often the ones aiding and abetting CPS against the family, instead of advocating for the family.

Many of the stories shared with MedicalKidnap.com show blatant disregard for the rule of law and expose brazen violations of 4th Amendment rights when CPS and local law enforcement show up to remove children based on anonymous tips and hearsay, for parents seeking a second medical opinion, or just because a social worker (or neighbor) does not agree with how a particular family chooses to live, whether it be off-the-grid, choosing to homeschool, or wanting to choose alternative medical treatments.

This article will focus on how concerned citizens can and should begin a conversation with their local sheriff, an elected official who is oath-bound to abide by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect their constituents. This would apply to protection from illegal search and seizures, especially in regards to aiding and abetting CPS when searching homes and seizing children without a warrant, and without probable cause, exigent circumstances or imminent danger being substantiated. It often appears that these public servants, our sheriffs and other local law enforcement, are taking their orders from CPS social workers, to act against the people, instead of protecting the people from violations of their God-given freedoms.

Concerned citizens are encouraged to contact their sheriff, bringing to light the grievances of the people as a result of an over-zealous, often law-breaking child protective service in their area. This article is intended to be a document that can be printed out and shared with your local sheriff.

It should be abundantly clear, that when considering the “best interest of the child,” if no crime has been committed, that the best interest of the child in all cases is for the child to remain with the family! Both CPS and local law enforcement need to be held accountable to uphold the law.

Is your local sheriff up for the job of being a Constitutional sheriff? If not, next time, vote for one who will be!

LA County DCFS Whistleblower Reveals how Parents are Losing Their Children to a Corrupt System

Julian J. Dominquez, the author of “A Culture of Fear: An Inside Look at Los Angeles County’s Department of Children & Family Services” (DCFS), is a former social worker for LA County DCFS. Mr. Dominquez recently left his career of 18 years with DCFS which included working as an emergency response worker, family maintenance and reunification worker and a dependency investigator. In addition, he created and conducts training for child welfare and other support agencies and is a licensed marriage and family therapist.

In this shocking interview, Mr. Dominquez tells the world just how corrupt LA County DCFS is, revealing inner policies and practices that harm children and families, not protect them. From an insider perspective, Mr. Dominquez tells us how reports against parents are falsified by managers who have no contact with the families, how parents are being labeled Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy when they have legitimate medical concerns for the child, and how parents are losing their children because they are asking for a second medical opinion.

How long will we as a nation allow such corruption to exist in our child “protection” social service agencies as apparently exists in LA County, the largest Child Social Service agency in the United States?

Disability advocates are infuriated about a case involving a nonverbal woman with disabilities who they say is being held hostage by Jefferson County in Colorado.

County officials have assumed temporary guardianship over 36-year-old Sharisa Kochmeister, a college graduate, and removed her from her home and her father — the only person in Colorado who helps her communicate.

They placed her in a nursing home and forbid her family, friends and even her doctor from visiting her, according to people close to the situation.

“You take someone who is nonverbal, who is dependent on one person for communicating, and you remove that … this makes me so mad,” said Reiskin. “This is part of not understanding a population. You put them in an institution against their will with a bunch of people who have dementia. This is torture.”

Isaiah is not free to live his life as he wants, and if the Illinois DCFS has their way, he will still not be free when he turns 18. In his own state of Missouri, he was legally an adult at age 17, but Illinois retained custody of him. He needs your help.

DCFS has allegedly repeatedly denied permission for medical treatment for Isaiah. Part of the reason for DCFS involvement in the first place was the Riders’ frustration that Lurie Children’s Hospital wasn’t actually helping Isaiah with his pain. After they told Michelle that there was nothing else they could do, Michelle sought a second opinion, trying to find real medical help for him. Isaiah was medically kidnapped and put into foster care.

It was while Isaiah was in a Chicago foster home that he was raped, and had guns and knives drawn on him. Gerald Price speaks out for the first time in an exclusive interview with Health Impact News on what he says is rampant corruption and collusion in his daughter’s high-profile child abuse trial and conviction following a Department of Louisiana Children & Family Services (DCFS) seizure of his grandchildren. Believing his daughter to be innocent, DCFS originally refused to award custody of the children to their grandparents, instead putting them into a foster home.

Local media reported the story as if his daughter was already guilty, and she was later convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison. An appellate court would later vacate that decision and reduce it to 10 years.

Gerald and his wife filed for bankruptcy in the process of fighting for their daughter, and Gerald wrote a book on their whole ordeal: The Darker Side of Justice.

Now, Gerald believes it is time for the family’s side of the story to be heard.

Harvard-trained Beverly Hills Doctor Mom Has 4 Children Kidnapped by LA County DCFS

Dr. Susan Evans graduated from Harvard Medical School with dual medical degrees in dermatology and internal medicine. She established her medical practice specializing in dermatology in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA. Most of her clientele are celebrities we only see on the big screen. Along with the lime-light clientele, Dr. Susan’s expertise has been sought as a medical expert on Dr. Oz, Oprah, the Doctors, CNN, the TODAY show and many more.

Dr. Susan is the mother of four children: 10 year old twin daughters, L. Elizabeth, S. Mary, and two sons, Nick age 14 and Z. Hugh age 8. She was was voted Dr. Mom on the TV series Dr. 90210.

However, like thousands of other parents in Los Angeles County, she has lost her 4 children to LA County Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS), even though no charges have ever been filed against her. Not only have no charges been filed against her, a dependency court judge ruled that there was no reason for DCFS to keep her children out of her custody, and dismissed the case with prejudice (meaning the evidence they presented could not be brought before the dependency court again).

So why is she still battling LA County DCFS to get her children back? How has a child “protection” social services agency like LA County DCFS become so powerful, that a respected medical doctor in Beverly Hills’ affluent community is rendered helpless over what she believes is the state-sponsored kidnapping of her children?

Los Angeles County’s foster care system should promptly shut down its last-resort facility for older youth with nowhere else to go and make significant new investments in the facility for younger youth, a special committee appointed by the Board of Supervisors has concluded.

The committee’s report was prompted by a Feb. 28 article in the Los Angeles Times that described an array of problems at the county’s Youth Welcome Center, including the recruitment of foster children for prostitution and workers who said the operation was spiraling out of control.

Homeschool mom Hildy Straightiff took her two daughters (ages 12 and 13) to a hospital in Ohio because their ketone levels had become too high. Both of her daughters suffer from Type 1 diabetes and are at risk for Diabetic Ketoacidosis, requiring them to watch their ketone levels.

While in the hospital, Child Protection Services in Clinton County had a judge remove custody of her two daughters, and she was not allowed back into the hospital. The girls’ grandparents were allowed to stay in the hospital for a couple of days, but then both girls were separated and taken to different foster homes, to live in a place where they had never been before with people they had never met, while the grandparents and parents helplessly watched their lives take a dramatic turn.

Hildy Straightiff was told she had “mental health problems” and was not able to take care of her diabetic daughters. In order for the father to receive permission to bring his daughters home, CPS ordered the mother, Hildy, to leave their home.

Hildy had a visit with her daughters on August 3, 2015 and said that her oldest daughter Taylor was in tears when she said, “Mommy, I hope that someone will help so we can be together again.”

Claire Rembis was sick, and had to spend 3 days in the hospital. Her attack of pancreatitis paled in comparison to what happened next. The mom from Plano, Texas, came home to a nightmare that no parent should ever have to face. CPS came and took her children, all 11 of them, because a “well-meaning” couple, members of her oldest son’s former youth group, didn’t think that the 16 and 14 year olds could handle babysitting their siblings while their dad took the baby to the hospital to visit Claire. The 16 year old made a dramatic escape and eluded CPS for days, until a judge allegedly determined that the seizure and removal of the children was illegal, and allowed them to return home.

Has it really gotten to the point where a mother cannot get sick without risking losing her children to the State?

The traumatized family’s problems are not over, unfortunately. They must vacate the house where they are currently living by August 8, and CPS is continuing to harass the family by allegedly attacking their homeschooling program and requiring the mother to stop breastfeeding their 3 month old baby. They show up at their home unannounced whenever they please, and the family fears that the children could be kidnapped back into State custody at any time.

MedicalKidnap.com has exposed many stories revealing the corruption within Kentucky’s Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) and the unwarranted removal of children from loving homes. Many Kentucky families have shared their stories, revealing the unlawful overreach of these government agents into their lives, and the unjust kidnapping of their children for financial gain.

Laredo Regular just wants to take his grandfather home, but a New York Hospital is keeping him hostage. Have we entered into a new age of “elder abuse” that includes medical kidnapping? Not happy with the medical treatment his grandfather was receiving, Laredo and his mom sought to transfer him to a different facility. They are the holder of a Health Proxy as well as POA (power of attorney) for their family member, and filled out the required forms for an AMA (or Against Medical Advice) hospital discharge.

But the hospital would not discharge him, and later both Laredo and his mother were dragged out of the hospital room and banned from the hospital.

The Laredo family has sought help through various legal entities—the police, attorneys, and the political system; all of whom, we are told, are in complete agreement with the family, but have not been able to get the hospital to budge from its decision to hold the grandfather against their will.

How can a hospital have so much power to defy police, attorneys, and the political system?

In the UK, there has been a steady increase in the number of children taken into care for many years. Sadly, however, many of these children may have been needlessly taken away from loving families, families who are innocent of any wrongdoing.

Forced adoption is a universal problem. Being falsely accused of child abuse and having your child taken away from you and given to a stranger can cause immense pain to both the parent and the child.

Who gives social services the authority to decide that a person with a learning disability or a mental illness is unfit to be a parent? Who gives social services the authority to force a pregnant woman to have a caesarean section so her unborn baby can be adopted by the state?

The Spartanburg County Police walked right in the front door of the Headley’s home while Danielle and her four boys were sleeping. William Headley had left for work earlier that morning and the front door was unlocked because the family felt safe in their community.

Danielle stated that a female officer, later identified as Investigator Tracy Moss, walked into her bedroom and asked if she was Danielle Headley. Danielle replied that she was. Danielle states:

“The cops busted into my house, didn’t knock or identify themselves. She (the investigator) said they have a search warrant and you need to get up and get up now!”

Investigator Moss proceeded to demand that Danielle remove Jack from the crib in her room, unhook his feeding tube and bring him into the family’s living room.

When Danielle walked into the living room, her three older boys were lined up on the couch. Danielle stated that:

“Apparently she got my kids from their bedrooms before she came into my room.”

According to Danielle, there were five or six officers to assist executing a search warrant for all electronics and medications in their home. The Emergency Removal Order served on that day states that they were contacted by Greenville Health System, Dr. Nancy Henderson, and the Headley’s four children needed to be removed due to mother being suspected of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy.

Danielle had made the mistake of asking for a referral to another hospital for their youngest boy, who has had health problems since he was born. Now, all four of her boys have been kidnapped by the State, and they are threatening to vaccinate the youngest boy who has health problems tomorrow against the parents wishes, even though he is known to have severe reactions to vaccines.

In addition to his role as Medical Director for Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, Dr. Sophy also maintains a private practice as a Hollywood doctor and has appeared in reality TV shows such as “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

Her mother reported how the State medically kidnapped her 16 year old daughter Elissa, drugged her, and held her in a mental facility against the wish of both Elissa and her family. Elissa reported that she was repeatedly drugged against her consent, and sexually abused while in the custody of the State. The facility holding Elissa wanted her to sign papers that would give them custody of Elissa beyond her 18th birthday on July 1, 2015. Fortunately, a judge agreed with Elissa and her family, and ordered her released.

Elissa is happy to be back again with her family, but it is a happiness intertwined with fear, as Massachusetts Adult Protective Services is now trying to take over custody of Elissa.

Trying to find solutions to medical problems for their family, these parents did what families all across the United States do every day: they took their children to see medical doctors. Not finding solutions to their family illness, these parents pressed on to find answers. The result was that they were allegedly accused of having a mental disorder, Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, and even denied medical care. Worse, their children were terrorized and kidnapped out of the hospital by force.

“My daughter ran screaming and crying to an old folks’ home next to the hospital, locked herself in the bathroom, and called me. When I got there from our house down the street from hospital, my son was inside of a van with no handles on the inside and my daughter was in the bathroom surrounded by six to eight police. One cop from Shenandoah County looked at my fourteen year old son and saw tears in his eyes and asked in a mean way, ‘What is wrong with you, why are you crying?!?’ It was awful.”

Lane and Susan have their children back now, but they want the world to know their story. But a 17-year-old isn’t allowed to reject poison (chemotherapy) and is held as a prisoner, strapped to her hospital bed, injected with poison (medically raped), isolated from her family and friends, confined to her room, with an armed guard at the door. Did I miss anything? Oh yes, this treatment is “legal” and “approved”!!! If the US military did that to Guantanamo captives, what would folks think of that?

Education Secretary Arne Duncan recently spoke at the fourth annual Youth Violence Prevention Summit at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City by an interagency initiative led by the Justice and Education departments. Secretary Duncan discussed the role of public education in reducing youth violence.

Secretary Duncan stated that one of the federal government’s ideas to curb “youth violence” was to start government boarding schools. He states that there are “certain children we should have 24/7.”

Do you agree with Secretary Duncan? Should the federal government take the role of “parents” and take some children and put them into government boarding schools so that they have them “24/7” at taxpayers’ expense?

I would have these moments of complete devastation and outright panic in the reality of what was happening. I remember being in CVS one day and the reality of the State of Michigan wanting to terminate my parental rights hit me. I became paralyzed and sobbed uncontrollably thinking I was going to collapse and trying to figure out who I could call to come get me. This on top of the countless nights I cried myself to sleep in Tony’s arms.

Everything we do is for them. How this could be happening to us was beyond my comprehension.

Was it really necessary to show up at my house with 3 police officers unannounced and traumatize my kids forever? How does a system set up to protect the children not take into consideration the fact that what they are doing potentially causes an irreversible emotional damage that nothing could repair?

He was injured while playing in a “bouncy chair,” according to the parents. The father was accused of “abuse,” and their parental rights were severed when a court appointed attorney allegedly did not put up much of a defense in their trial.

The parents have a new attorney now, and are appealing their case in the hopes that the children will not be adopted out of foster care. The parents have not seen their babies Aleck and Mariposa since they were taken under state supervision on February 17, 2015.

Now CPS has taken his 11 year old sister into custody, and Tiffany Adams, their mother, is fighting to put her life back together and get both children back. According to Tiffany, “When they take your kid, it destroys your life.”

Tiffany has now lost her husband, her home, her career, and now finds herself homeless as she struggles to get her children back. The Adams family’s experience seems to be typical of what many families are reporting to us in demonstrating how CPS has the power to destroy a family today in the United States of America.

The Tennessee Department of Children’s Services has begun sharing the names of people who it believes have committed child abuse or neglect — but who have not necessarily been charged — with an online, publicly accessible registry of abusers of adults maintained by the state Department of Health.

We have been documenting on our MedicalKidnap.com website for many months now many stories of families who were accused of “abuse” simply because they disagreed with a doctor. The tragedy in these stories is that the parents are almost never afforded due process of the law, but have their children medically kidnapped and then struggle to get them back. To add insult to injury, they often have their names entered into a child abuse registry.

So now in the State of Tennessee, these parents who have never even been charged with a crime, let alone convicted of one, will allegedly soon have their names in a public registry which will further violate their Constitutional rights to privacy by slandering their name, and in many cases, prevent them from keeping or obtaining employment.

This is known as a maintenance subsidy which falls under the umbrella of the adoption subsidy. Adoptive families receive this adoption subsidy if the children they adopt are special needs children in the state of AZ.

Let’s stop here for a minute. I am the mom of two special needs children. I love them dearly. Most special needs moms I know would not give up their kids. There you have it, there is one of the problems.WHERE DID THEY GET THESE KIDS? I have read thousands of cases now. I have met hundreds of families. Many of these special needs children were wrongfully removed – horrifically separated for profit!

In 2010, the American Academy of Pediatrics certified a new sub-specialty in child abuse pediatrics, which requires a fellowship with a teaching hospital’s child protection unit and a separate board exam.

The majority of the nation’s 324 Child Abuse Pediatricians are housed within children’s hospitals. This new subspecialty of pediatrics has generated questions regarding the investigatory or prosecutorial role assumed by child abuse pediatricians.

Tabitha and Jeff Shoars have just received word that a judge has allegedly approved a request for 2 of their children in Arizona DCF custody to travel to Mexico for a week with their foster parents – a request that the Shoars did NOT approve. They are terrified for their children. The U.S. State Department has recently issued travel warnings for the region in Mexico where the foster parents are planning to take the children, and these warnings are “terrifying” to the Shoars.

The Shoars were placed under a gag order in January so that they cannot speak publicly about the actions of DCS in taking custody of their children. When the foster parents first made the request to take the children to Mexico, Tabitha and Jeff reportedly denied the request, as is their parental right, which they legally still retain. They learned on Friday that the foster parents petitioned the judge for the unusual request, and he approved it. Tabitha is reportedly terrified for her children, wondering what possible valid reason the foster parents could have for wanting to take her children into such a dangerous region, where human trafficking and drug cartels are rampant.

The Shoars state that the law mandates that there must be a conference or a hearing in such cases, for the parents to voice their concerns to the judge. This never happened. There is a hearing apparently scheduled, but it will not happen until after the children are scheduled to be across the Mexican border.

Ketterman alleges that CPS frequently oversteps their boundaries, opting to remove children from their homes, placing them outside the home and in to foster-to-adopt homes for monetary advantage. “CPS profits every time they place a child outside the home for adoption,” Ketterman said. “It has stopped being a resource for families in need and has instead turned into an adoption mill.”

One victory against CPS corruption is the recent passing of SB 1876, a bill recently signed by Governor Greg Abbott into law on June 19. The law will go into effect on September 1 of this year. “The bill specifies that attorneys ad litem, guardians ad litem and mediators in CPS cases will be appointed on a rotating basis,” Ketterman said. “This prevents corrupt judges from appointing attorneys they have in their pockets.”

Later, their newborn baby was literally taken from her mother’s arms just one day after she was born on March 11, 2015, simply because the state already had custody of the other 6 children.

To date, the parents have never been charged with abuse or neglect, yet the state still has their children. The children are still in various foster homes, separated not only from their parents, but also from each other.

Since Health Impact News broke their heart-wrenching story on the day that baby Taylor Lynn was taken in March, the Verzosas have received a huge outpouring of love and support, but their children remain separated from them.

The father reports that their children were in good health before the state took them, but now there always seems to be something wrong with them. He says that they often look drugged up, and that all the kids except the baby are on some type of medication. Their 8-year old son was also forcibly circumcised against the desires of the parents.

                                                                                                      • Malik and Lakisha

Malik Mitchell turns 3 years old today, but he will not be celebrating his birthday at home with his family. Instead, he is still stuck in the Illinois Child Protective System, where he has been for more than a year and a half, away from his family. DCFS seized custody of Malik on December 6, 2013, after his grandmother, who had legal custody, asked for a second opinion about his medical care. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago had already performed numerous surgeries on his tiny body, and Lakisha Tanna wanted to know if there were other options for her grandson.

The final court date to permanently remove custody is Tuesday, July 7, at 1:30 pm at the Juvenile Detention Center, 1100 S. Hamilton, Chicago. The State does not want the public to know about this, as they have issued a gag order on the family, and have told Health Impact News to take down our stories about Malik. We will not comply. Instead, we are encouraging the public to take action!

The “science” of eugenics in America’s past history resulted in racism, forced sterilization, forced vaccination, and tyrannical government policies all in the name of developing a “superior” race of people. In Germany, the “science” of eugenics was used by the Nazi Party to “eliminate” over 11 million men, women, and children.

The term “eugenics” has fallen out of favor and is no longer a politically correct word to use, because of its negative stigmatization. But has the philosophy behind “eugenics” simply been replaced with the “new science” of genetics, and the mapping of the human genome?

Is there reason to suspect hidden motivations of certain groups who want us to be convinced that our genes, and only our genes, control every aspect of our health and well-being? Can we trust everything we hear about the benefits of genetic research? Is there a dark side to genetics? Is America heading down the same path that eugenics led us in the past, and that led Nazi Germany up to World War II?

Nicole Jensen and her three children live a few hundred feet from the park and Jensen said she lets her kids play together there because she can see them from her porch. She also said she requires them to check in with her every hour.

But Wednesday, police said Jensen’s 7-year-old daughter, Brooklynn, was playing alone.

They took her to the police station and charged Jensen with child endangerment.

Most people, including babies, have only marginal reserves of vitamin C. Injections of vaccines containing a great number of toxic substances, such as formaldehyde, mercury and aluminium compounds, as preservatives and adjuvants, and foreign proteins (antigens) are the primary and documented cause of harmful immune response anaphylaxis.

Depletion of vitamin C reserves was linked to vaccination by Pekarek and Rezabek (1959) who demonstrated that when the rats are injected with pertussis vaccine, they develop an acute scurvy. The difference between rats and human babies is in that the rats produce their own vitamin C and recover fast, unlike the humans who do not.

While it is not surprising that scurvy still occurs in the twenty first century, it is surprising that modern doctors generally fail to recognize it.

Simple administration of sufficient doses of sodium ascorbate (a non acidic form of vitamin C) would save a very large number of premature deaths as demonstrated by Levy (2012) in his article “Vitamin C prevents vaccination side effects.”

Instead, tens of thousands of innocent parents and other care givers are serving long prison terms and being accused of Shaken Baby Syndrome, a non-existent invalid syndrome that in many cases can be directly related to vitamin C deficiency and scurvy.

                                                                                                              • Rengo hard to say goodbye

Cleave and Erica May Rengo lost their children when someone worried about their homebirth called paramedics. Our original story has been shared over 1 million times on Facebook. They have reportedly been jumping through hoops ever since to get their children back.

They still don’t have them back.

Seeing the deplorable condition that their children were in outraged the parents, and as a result of their protests, visitation has been cut off.

In addition, the judge in their case has ordered the mother, Erica, to divorce the children’s father, Cleave, as a condition to receiving her children back, even though they never obtained permission from the State to get married in the first place by obtaining a marriage license.

A very exasperated mother cries out and asks: “Where are those who stand up for the women and children? Incidences of innocent parents being accused of medical abuse from “abusive head trauma” (AHT), formerly known as shaken baby syndrome (SBS), are being reported more and more in the media these days. We have reported several of these stories here at MedicalKidnap.com, where babies are removed from the custody of their parents based on the testimony of a doctor. In some cases, the parents are going to jail over these accusations.

The increase in parents being accused of AHT seems to parallel a new Child Abuse Specialist certification with the American Academy of Pediatrics in 2010. This has created a whole new class of pediatricians whose sole purpose is to determine if a child’s injuries show parental or care giver abuse. Rather than the family pediatrician, who has regular contact with the family, making a determination if childhood injuries are indicative of abuse, now a “specialist” is called in who often has little or no contact with the family, and makes a determination of “abuse” simply on medical tests.

One has to wonder if more children need to be determined to be “abused” in order to justify the employment of this new class of pediatric “Child Abuse Specialists”?

Earlier this month (June 2015), the American Bar Association published an article in their Children’s Rights Litigation section documenting the growing problem of innocent parents losing their children to Child Protection Services based on the testimony of these new pediatric Child Abuse Specialists.

Attorney Melissa Staas from The Family Defense Center in Chicago wrote the article: Litigating Shaken Baby Syndrome Allegations in the Child Welfare Context.

Since her son Cesar, now 5 months old, was taken by child protective services 2 months ago, her son has been diagnosed with rickets and hypotonia by a radiology expert. However, CPS seized custody of Cesar in April, based on accusations by Penn State child abuse specialist, Dr. Kathryn Crowell, that Cesar’s injuries could only be caused by abuse.

Dr. Crowell has been accused of falsely testifying against parents before. In a 2009 case she accused a parent of child abuse which led to a father spending over a year in jail. A jury later found him not guilty.

Jessica wants answers for her baby, and she wants her baby back home, not in a foster home.

A mother in Missouri has reached out to Health Impact News for help in getting the story of her 25 year old daughter told to the public. Donna Hitt from Columbia, Missouri tells Health Impact News that her autistic daughter, Chasity, started functioning at a high level after she weaned her off of psych drugs, and started feeding her an organic diet. Chasity had reportedly been confined to a hospital and heavily sedated, sleeping about 20 hours a day. After bringing her home, weaning her off of her drugs, and changing her diet, Donna reports that Chasity started functioning at a high level. She reportedly started contributing to household chores, attending church, and even applied for a job.

However, a social worker assigned to their case suggested that Donna should seek legal guardianship of Chasity, since Chasity is an adult. Donna says she followed this advice, and after the State of Missouri allegedly conducted a mental health evaluation of Chasity, they took over her custody against her will, and the will of her daughter. She is now confined to a mental facility, back on the same drugs she had previously suffered from, and is again sleeping away most of her days. Donna says she has not been able to talk to her daughter since October of 2014.

                                                                                                                      Here is her story.

Children in foster care in Pennsylvania are at least three times as likely as other children to receive drugs used to treat mental illness.

That’s the conclusion of research released today at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the results have public health officials concerned.

Researchers found that while about 15 percent of all children covered by Medicaid receive psychotropic drugs — drugs that work on their brains — about 45 percent of those in foster care do.

State human services secretary Ted Dallas says it’s true that kids in foster care may have greater mental health needs because of the trauma that got them in the system, but he says the disparity indicates that over-medication is taking place.

“To think that we’re compounding that damage (of foster care placement) by inappropriately prescribing medication to these kids is deeply disturbing to me and is simply unacceptable,” he said.

My trial has finally started in Arizona. My family’s case isn’t tiny; nobody’s is when it involves children’s lives. For my family, it has been 14 months since both my daughters Kayla and Hannah Diegel were taken.

I have seen the most horrifying images. They are etched into my brain as if a hot iron has seared it there. I not only had my children taken, but now I have become an outspoken advocate, a writer, an activist, a fighting mother that was falsely accused.

Suddenly, I have found myself amongst thousands of families who are now intertwined with mine, and I can feel their pain because I know their pain…… because I LIVE THEIR PAIN. I too know what it is like to have a child ripped from my arms and taken from my home. Time keeps moving, but it’s like my heart has stopped.
