With the new presidency of Trump 2.0 now fully in action, we are beginning to see what federal agencies are being targeted for elimination or massive reductions, although the new government Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) led by Elon Musk, has still not published anything, to my knowledge, about just what their policies are, and which government agencies are being targeted.

It took me a bit of research to even find the website for DOGE, but I found it and it is https://doge.gov/.

The website currently has a single page with 18 words on it:

If one was hoping to get some kind of an idea about just what Musk and DOGE are planning to do during Trump 2.0, you will not learn much from the “official website of the United States government” for DOGE at this point.

The few words offered here seem to suggest that the premise is that “the people voted” for DOGE, but apparently, at least so far, “the people” have no voice in how DOGE is run, or what agencies American taxpayers would like to see targeted.

There have been some lists published that might be targeted by DOGE, such as this one published recently by David Stockman at Brownstone Institute, which listed 16 agencies that should be targeted, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA): 600 staff and $96 million savings, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC): 1,125 staff and $180 million savings.

These are clearly two federal agencies that stand in the way of Elon Musk and his desire to put his dangerous self-driving Tesla cars on America’s roads as “robotaxis”, where Tesla vehicles account for the bulk of tragic accidents on American roadways where people have been burned alive, and children have been trapped inside their Tesla vehicles. I am not sure that those two federal government agencies would be at the top of the list for most Americans, however, whom DOGE claims to represent.

The White House used to have a place on their government website where citizens could petition the federal government, and if the petition gained 100,000 signatures, the White House was required to give a response.

It was started by President Obama, and Trump continued it in his first presidency, but the Joe Biden administration took it down in 2021, and Trump 2.0 has not put it back up. (Source.)

There are allegedly two Congressional subcommittees set up to work with DOGE, led by Marjorie Taylor Greene in the House, and Joni Ernst in the Senate (source), but I could find no information on either one.

I attempted to reach out to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to ask her some questions about DOGE, but because I do not have a residency in Georgia and do not have a Georgia zip code, I was not able to email her.

So, at least at this point, I can find no way, as a citizen of the U.S., to address my concerns and give some suggestions for DOGE to anyone who is currently associated with this new government department.

We are left to media reports on the actions of DOGE at this point, and one of the main agencies it has targeted this week is USAID, which website is now offline, but you can find their proposed 2024 budget details here, which was $63.1 billion.

I, for one, will shed no tears for the elimination of this federal agency, but it is comical how the right wing “alternative” media is making this a partisan issue, with MAGA folks claiming that they are eliminating George Soros’s left wing policies.

However, I have previously pointed out how USAID has also been used by the Republicans for their pet projects.

In my 2019 article on how Christians use the “Adoption and Foster Care” system and its federal funds to finance their trafficking of children under the guise of “Orphan Care,” I pointed out how Jedd Medefind, who founded The Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO), and had previously served in the White House as a Special Assistant to President George W. Bush, was using USAID to get more federal funding for his own organization which trafficks children. See:

This is but one example of many, many federal programs and federal funding that go into the largest child trafficking system in the world: the U.S. Child Welfare system under HHS.

So while I am still not clear as to just what exactly are the goals and plans of DOGE, and since I do not even know where to go or who to contact to offer my own knowledge and experience in this matter, I am taking my decades-old experience on this topic and putting it into the public record today as an independent journalist that is part of the HSI network, and providing a way for Trump 2.0 to immediately slash, at a minimum, $70 billion from the federal budget, by eliminating the federal agency that funds the world’s largest child trafficking network in the world.

And since Robert F. Kennedy Jr. now seems poised to be appointed to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), this is addressed to him also, and all of his supporters, because the agency that funds child trafficking in the United States, which includes BOTH children of American citizens as well as illegal migrant children, is the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), which administers more than 60 programs with a budget of more than $70 billion, making it the second largest agency in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. If President Trump, Elon Musk with DOGE, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as head of HHS, are able to accomplish this, it would be, perhaps, the greatest achievement ever accomplished against evil government bureaucrats in our lifetimes, by making families in the U.S. much safer from having their children being kidnapped under the cover of the law by the evil Child Welfare System, which is the number 1 source for child sex trafficking in the world, which was acknowledged by Trump’s previous Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo. I started covering this issue of child kidnapping, and in particular medical kidnapping, through the U.S. Government’s corrupt child welfare system when Health Impact News started in 2011, and then we started a complete website to document these stories, MedicalKidnap.com.

We have covered hundreds of stories over the years documenting the State’s abuse of its power to rip children away from loving families where neither the parents, nor the children, wanted to be separated.

Most of the stories we covered were the result of families losing their children because a doctor somewhere declared them to be unfit parents, for not taking their advice, such as the “advice” to vaccinate their children. In many cases, families had their children taken away from them, sometimes right in the hospital, when they stated that they wanted to take their child to a different doctor for a “second opinion.”

The main division of the Child Welfare System that employs people to take away children from families, is the “Child Protection Services” division, which can go by various other names, depending on which state you live in.

This division employs “social workers” across the country to decide who is determined to be a “good parent” or a “bad parent”.

Those who have been advocating for these poor families who have had their children seized over the years have come to refer to these “social workers” in CPS as the “family police” force.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are over 350,000 thousand of these Stasi-like “Child, Family, and School Social Workers“, who collectively earn over $20 billion a year to take children away from their families in the United States. (Source.)

The Child Welfare system is an ongoing horror story for millions of American families living in the United States.

Here is a summary report for 2024 published by Richard Wexler of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform:

America’s massive child welfare surveillance state was built on horror stories.  Stories about children murdered or tortured in their own homes stampeded us into building a gigantic system that destroys children in the name of saving them.

The system has torn apart millions of families needlessly.  It’s also so overloaded the system that workers have no time to find the few children in real danger.

A system that attempts to make policy-by-horror-story makes all children less safe.  That’s why we’ve long extended an offer to the fearmongers in the child welfare establishment: a mutual moratorium on using horror stories to “prove” anything.

We can do that because we have actual evidence that, in the overwhelming majority of cases, family preservation is not only more humane than foster care or massive surveillance, it’s also safer. 

And when it comes to the high rate of abuse in foster homes, group homes, and institutions, the horror stories are backed up by study after study showing the rates of abuse in those settings are appalling. (Full article.)

We have documented over the years, as have many others, that study after study shows that children left with their families, even if it is a “troubled home”, such as when drugs are used in the homes, are far safer and have far better outcomes, than children who are taken out of their families and put into the Child Welfare System, where sexual abuse and trafficking are the norm.

Here are some more recent reports from the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform showing how children are much safer in their homes than in the Child Welfare system.

Foster Care vs. Family Preservation: The Track Record for Safety and Well-being

At the heart of the criticism of family preservation is one overriding assumption: If you remove a child from the home, the child will be safe. If you leave a child at home the child is at risk. In fact, there can be risk in either direction, but real family preservation programs have a better record for safety than foster care.

And even when families don’t get special help, multiple studies have found that children left in their own homes typically do better than comparably-maltreated children placed in foster care.

To understand why, one must first understand one fundamental fact about foster care: It’s not safe.  Here’s how we know:

● A study of reported abuse in Baltimore, found the rate of “substantiated” cases of sexual abuse in foster care more than four times higher than the rate in the general population.

● Using the same methodology, an Indiana study found three times more physical abuse and twice the rate of sexual abuse in foster homes than in the general population.

In group homes there was more than ten times the rate of physical abuse and more than 28 times the rate of sexual abuse as in the general population, in part because so many children in the homes abused each other.

Those studies deal only with reported maltreatment.  The actual amount of abuse in foster care is likely to be far higher, since agencies have a special incentive not to investigate such reports, since they are, in effect, investigating themselves.

● A study of foster children in Oregon and Washington State found that nearly one third reported being abused by a foster parent or another adult in a foster home.

● In a study of investigations of alleged abuse in New Jersey foster homes, the researchers found a lack of “anything approaching reasonable professional judgment” and concluded that “no assurances can be given” that any New Jersey foster child is safe.

● A lawyer who represents children in Broward County, Florida, says in a sworn affidavit that over a period of just 18 months he was made personally aware of 50 instances of child-on-child sexual abuse involving more than 100 Broward County foster children.

● Another Baltimore study, this one examining case records, found abuse in 28 percent of the foster homes studied ‑ more than one in four.

● A study of cases in Fulton and DeKalb Counties in Georgia found that among children whose case goal was adoption, 34 percent had experienced abuse, neglect, or other harmful conditions.  For those children who had recently entered the system, 15 percent had experienced abuse, neglect or other harmful conditions in just one year.

● A study comparing the experiences of white and Native American foster and adopted children found that 38% of white children and 64% of Native American children reported physical abuse in their foster or adoptive homes.  More than 20% of white children and nearly one-third of Native American children reported sexual abuse in their foster or adoptive homes.  And no, that’s not because Native Americans are worse foster parents – nearly two-thirds of the Native American children were fostered and adopted in non-native homes.

● Even what is said to be a model foster care program, where caseloads are kept low and workers and foster parents get special training, is not immune.  When alumni of the Casey Family Program were interviewed, 24 percent of the girls said they were victims of actual or attempted sexual abuse in foster care. This study asked only about abuse in the one foster home the children had been in the longest, so some would not even be counted.  Officials at the program say they have since lowered the rate of all forms of abuse to “only” 12 percent, but this is based on an in-house survey of the program’s own caseworkers, not outside interviews with the children themselves.

So is it any wonder that even Marcia Lowry, former executive director of the group that calls itself “Children’s Rights” – and no friend of family preservation — says:

“I’ve been doing this work for a long time and represented thousands and thousands of foster children, both in class-action lawsuits and individually, and I have almost never seen a child, boy or girl, who has been in foster care for any length of time who has not been sexually abused in some way, whether it is child-on-child or not.”

Very Few Children are Truly “Abused” in Their Homes – Up to 90% of Child Removals are for “Neglect”, Defined by the Government Family Police

When we understand that children are in far more danger of being abused and sexually trafficked in the U.S. Child Welfare system than with their own families, this becomes even more horrible when we understand that in every State in the U.S., depending upon the State, only 10% to 20% of all children seized from their parents were removed from their homes because of charges of physical abuse against the parents, and were instead removed in the vast majority of cases for the more loosely defined term “neglect”, which can mean often “medical neglect” for not giving your children the drugs and vaccines doctors want you to give them.

We have documented for years now how easy it is for the rich and famous to simply “order babies” when they cannot have their own, and then use the Child Welfare system to pick out their own child from poorer families, and then pay a “social worker” (family police) to go get that child for them.

Last year (2024) I found an old video from years ago that was reported in the local news in Kentucky where they actually interviewed some of these “social workers” who were so disturbed over this, that they became whistleblowers.

Sadly, this kind of behavior is still prevalent today, and when social workers, many of whom thought they were joining a noble profession at first, recognize what is going on and try to speak out, they are attacked and usually lose their jobs.

Ending government bureaucracy and cutting out wasteful spending is a noble goal, but now that Trump has the White House again, and has empowered people like Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to join him in “making America great,” it is time to end the rhetoric and walk the talk.

You would be hard pressed to find another government agency that is more corrupt, more bloated on wasteful spending, and more dangerous to the health and prosperity of Americans, than the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and their $70 billion budget in HHS.

But will Trump and his friends even consider this?

The Child Welfare system is too corrupt to reform, and previous politicians who stated this and investigated the corruption of child trafficking under the color of law in the U.S., were sometimes found dead after exposing the system.

If Trump, Musk, and Kennedy are truly in power today to fight against the “Deep State” and protect the interests of Americans against the over-reach of an evil, corrupt government, instead of being part of that same “Deep State” and simply lying to the public to keep things “business as usual”, then this should have been one of the first actions they took.

It would have ended the nightmare for millions of Americans who no longer have their children today, because of this evil system.

And for those of you “believers” who think Trump, Musk, and Kennedy are going to save the American people, are you going to keep making excuses for these men, even if they do not do what they promised to do?

I already know what many of your responses to me will be, because I have already heard them for years.

Most of the Christians who attack me on this issue, also have children in their household that came to them through this evil system, by fostering or adopting other people’s children, and I already know you will claim: “But we cannot abolish the system because we still have to save the children who truly are abused.”

My question to you is: Save them from what?!

It has already been established and proven that this is an evil, Satanic corrupt network that trafficks children, and that those children do far better when left in their homes.

Just because you think your home is better than the one they came from, does that justify you participating in the world’s largest and most evil child trafficking network in the world?

Since only about 10% of the children taken from their families are done so because they were “abused”, did you ever investigate into who the parents were of the child or children you are fostering or adopting, to find out if that child was truly in danger of being abused?

I guess only the “liberals” do that.

And for the remaining few children who truly do live in abusive situations that are not safe, why are we kidnapping them and incarcerating them into this evil child trafficking system, and then leaving the alleged criminal parents to stay free in their homes?!

We already have a system in place for those situations, and it is called LAW ENFORCEMENT – through the Criminal Justice System.

Law enforcement officers, such as police, detectives, FBI agents, etc. are all trained in investigating crimes, and they are also supposed to be trained in the Constitutional rights of U.S. citizens who are accused of a crime, so that they are innocent until proven guilty in the criminal justice system, with all the rights granted by the Constitution to them as suspected criminals.

But it is the exact opposite in family courts. The children are taken immediately based on a social worker’s opinion in most cases, who have ZERO training in criminal investigations.

The children are then incarcerated, usually scarred emotionally for life, while the parents, who are presumed guilty, have to spend an enormous amount of time trying to get their children back.

There is only one solution to this most evil, Satanic system, and this is to ABOLISH IT, because it is too corrupt to reform, which is the message Nancy Schaefer preached and published, until they murdered her.

ABOLISH ALL FEDERAL FUNDING FOR CHILD WELFARE!!

This is a State and local community issue, and has no place in the Federal Government.

If the whole DOGE show is truly serious about REAL reforms, then this should have been the first federal program to abolish.

If pain is going to be felt by the American people because of these promised reforms from Trump 2.0, then eliminate the funding for the 350,000+ family police “social workers” and their agencies. The cascading effect would cripple this child trafficking industry, and flow through to the evil judges and attorneys who protect this system.

I have advocated this for over a decade, exposing the corruption and even often naming the names, and in response I have been frequently attacked, had a criminal warrant issued against me, and been threatened by corrupt lawyers, DAs, and judges who I exposed on the Health Impact News network.

So to my Christian Conservative critics who constantly email me stating “God can use evil people to accomplish good” in their support for Trump 2.0, my response is: Prove it!

If the budget of HHS is drastically cut to stop this evil madness that has destroyed the lives of so many children and families, then I will agree with you.

But until then, I hold on to the flip side of your belief that “God can use evil people to accomplish good” which is that God can also use evil people to bring judgement against those who believe in, and follow them.

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.

He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.
