ALERT: World Health Organization Meeting this Week to Propose Amendments to the International Health Regulations

James Roguski has been making the media rounds in the Alternative Media this week warning about a closed-door meeting happening at the World Health Organization (WHO) this week with The International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) from January 9-13, 2023. While the new WHO proposed "Pandemic Treaty" has grabbed the headlines in recent weeks, James Roguski believes that the meeting this week with IHRRC is much more important, because they are proposing amendments to an agreement that all 194 member nations of the World Health Assembly have already signed and ratified, including the United States, back in 2005, regarding International Health Regulations. The current agreement is "non-binding", but according to Roguski they want to change the agreement to remove the wording that states these "health regulations" are not just non-binding recommendations, but requirements to be implemented in all future "pandemics." The Review Committee is supposed to submit their proposals to the WHO by January 15, 2023, and then the entire 194 members of the WHO could vote on these amendments as soon as this May, in 2023. The amendments could be ratified by a simple majority vote among the 194 member nations.

WHO Recommends Masks Again, Preps World for Another Global Lockdown in Fall

The WHO is preparing the world for the next season of lockdowns, refusing to admit the emergency is over and recommending governments reimplement mask mandates. “I’m concerned that cases of COVID-19 continue to rise, putting further pressure on [sic] health systems and health workers. I’m also concerned about the increasing trend of deaths. The emergency committee on COVID-19 met on Friday last week and concluded the virus remains a public health emergency of international concern,” said WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom. Adhanom continued, saying the Committee is concerned about subvariants of Omicron that most people have never even heard of because they’ve tuned out COVID news since the end of the lockdowns. He added that there’d been a rise in cases while simultaneously claiming there’s not enough testing or surveillance to determine the severity of COVID. Astounding. Not only does this technology embed medical information into a person's skin, it will also make vaccine deliveries into the body much easier, so that medical professionals are not even needed to administer the vaccines. Bill Gates is reportedly the one who requested that this technology be developed, and his Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded the project. Since this technology will allow anyone to embed medical information directly into a person's skin that can be simply read with a cell phone and an app, privacy issues are certainly legitimate concerns, and the developers of this technology even acknowledge this. "Vaccine hesitancy" is now seen as one of the major threats to public health, and is even labeled as a "mental illness" that needs to be cured. In January of this year (2019) the World Health Organization (WHO)  ranked “vaccine hesitancy” as one of the top “Ten Threats to Global Health in 2019.” While the WHO is mainly funded by membership countries and purchases and delivers vaccines worldwide through member organizations such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation contributes more funding for vaccine research and distribution through the Vaccine Alliance GAVI than any single country or other entity, and may even exceed the funding provided by all of them put together. With funding from one of the richest men of the world, and his alliances with Big Pharma and world governments, is it really a "conspiracy theory" to state that they want to have worldwide dominance in forcing the world's population to be vaccinated, even if it is against their will? Do we not already see this in progress here in the U.S. where State legislatures are trying to pass new laws to remove vaccine exemptions and force everyone, particularly children, to be injected with the vaccines that they choose?
