DOJ Fraud Probe into Drug Testing Company whose Drug Tests were used to Medically Kidnap Children

Many people were first exposed to the fraud in the medical testing field during the COVID scamdemic when PCR tests were weaponized to take away people's freedoms. The FDA issued literally hundreds of emergency use authorizations (EUAs) to drug testing companies to quickly get into the market tests that could allegedly detect the COVID-19 "virus." The fraud was so great that people began sending the same PCR test to different laboratories to show that these test results were not consistent even between different laboratories, and some even sent in swabs of fruit or other foods that came back with positive COVID-19 "virus" results. This fraud in medical diagnostics has existed long before the COVID scam, however. We have covered for years now how drug tests are weaponized against parents and used in child custody cases to justify States medically kidnapping children. In 2019, for example, we reported how the owner of a drug testing laboratory in Alabama was arrested for falsifying paternity tests and drug test screenings in child custody cases. This article received over 100,000 views on our MedicalKidnap.com website, suggesting that many parents have experienced this kind of fraud in losing their children. In 2020 we reported a case in Alabama where the mother of a newborn baby was separated from her child in the hospital because a drug test allegedly found traces of opioids in her system, but it was a false positive because the mother had eaten poppy seed bread the day before. When WAFF posted the story on social media, they say the story was exposed to tens of thousands of people who read it, and they received hundreds of comments from people saying they had experienced similar experiences with Child Protective Services. When a woman is giving birth in a hospital, she is often tested for drugs illegally, without her knowledge or consent. If the drug test turns out positive, she goes home without her baby. In an article just published by Alice Hines at VICE News, she reports that Averhealth, a drug testing company used by courts around the country to decide whether people go to jail or parents retain custody of their children, was under investigation by the Department of Justice (DOJ) for fraud in 2022. Averhealth runs millions of drug tests a year, working with courts and government agencies in 34 states.

Federal Judge Issues Preliminary Injunction Blocking California COVID ‘Misinformation’ Law

A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction on Wednesday against a controversial law in California that allows the state’s medical boards to discipline physicians who “disseminate” information regarding COVID-19 that departs from the “contemporary scientific consensus.” In his ruling, Senior Judge William B. Shubb of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California found Plaintiffs had standing to challenge the law and that “contemporary scientific consensus” lacks an established meaning within the medical community. Because the term ‘scientific consensus’ is so “ill-defined and vague,” the plaintiffs in the lawsuit are “unable to determine if their intended conduct contradicts the scientific consensus, and accordingly what is prohibited by the law,” the judge wrote. The law, known as Assembly Bill 2098, took effect on Jan. 1, 2023, and applies to information regarding the nature and risks of the virus, its prevention and treatment, and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines. A group of five California physicians filed a lawsuit in November against California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration, saying the law violates their First Amendment rights and constitutional right to due process. Plaintiffs are represented by the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA).

Pfizer Director Caught on Camera Admitting Pfizer Controls the U.S. Government

Project Veritas released a new video yesterday where one of their undercover reporters recorded a conversation with Jordon Trishton Walker, an alleged "Pfizer Director of Research and Development, Strategic Operations - mRNA Scientific Planner." Everyone in the Alternative Media who has covered this, at least the articles I have seen, have concentrated on Walker's statements regarding how Pfizer is experimenting with the idea of "Directed Evolution," which Project Veritas and others claim is the same thing as "gain of function." I almost was not even going to cover this video, because for one thing, I do not approve of Project Veritas's use of lies and deception to trap someone. Walker clearly asks the "reporter" to promise him not to tell anyone this, and you can clearly see in the video that the interviewer gives him a fist bump in an affirmative reply. Secondly, as hard as this interviewer tried to get Walker to admit that Pfizer was already working on a method to make variants of the COVID virus more virulent, Walker repeatedly stated that this was just an idea that had been discussed, and that they had no idea whether or not it would work. Perhaps that is why Project Veritas felt the need to bring in one of the new Superstar Pro-Vaccine doctors to give his opinion about how bad this was. In the end, I did decide to give this interview some exposure on our network, not because of the claims that Pfizer could develop a lab version of a new deadly COVID virus variant, but because Walker admitted that Pfizer controls the U.S. Government health agencies that approve their drugs, and that this is "bad" for the American public, but good for business for the pharmaceutical companies. We all already knew this was true, of course, but to get someone within Pfizer to admit this was true, is really quite damaging, and could potentially be used in a court of law if one could find an honest judge somewhere that would have the courage to rule against the criminal activities of Pfizer.

New U.S. Government Research is Finally Admitting that Glyphosate Weed Killer Causes Cancer

New research by top US government scientists has found that people exposed to the widely used weed killing chemical glyphosate have biomarkers in their urine linked to the development of cancer and other diseases. The study, published last week in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, measured glyphosate levels in the urine of farmers and other study participants and determined that the presence of high levels of the pesticide were associated with signs of a reaction in the body called oxidative stress, a condition that causes damage to DNA. Oxidative stress is considered by health experts as a key characteristic of carcinogens. The authors of the paper – 10 scientists with the National Institutes of Health and two from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) – concluded that their study “contributes to the weight of evidence supporting an association between glyphosate exposure and oxidative stress in humans.” They also noted that “accumulating evidence supports the role of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of hematologic cancers,” such as lymphoma, myeloma and leukemia.

Shipping Company Prohibits EV Cars on Ferries After Ship Sinks from Fire Caused by EV Batteries

It was announced earlier this week that the Norwegian shipping company Havila has become the first company to prohibit EV cars on their ferries, following the sinking of the ferry "Felicity Ace" last year, which resulted from a fire of EV car batteries. The Felicity Ace had 3,828 cars on board when it burned and sank, many of them high-end luxury vehicles. This is another restriction to EV vehicles that surfaced during 2022, as some states, such as California, have mandated that more EV vehicles must be produced to allegedly fight climate change. When Hurricane Ian ravaged Florida in 2022, it was reported that many water-logged EV cars caught fire and were very difficult to put out. When a heat wave hit California in 2022 just before Labor Day, the government told owners of EV cars to NOT charge them because the electrical grid was overloaded from homes running air conditioning. These restrictions on EV cars just highlight more problems with this technology as according to a recent report published in Finland, the world does not have enough lithium and cobalt to replace batteries in EV cars every 10 years. Non-Profit TRAC Provides 150 Million Records of Money Transfers in U.S. to Law Enforcement

Over 600 US law enforcement have accessed a little-known database tracking every money transfer above $500 for almost a decade, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday citing an investigation by Senator Ron Wyden. The Oregon Democrat is alarmed that Homeland Security used the tool to get six million records while looking for illegal immigrants. The Transaction Record Analysis Center (TRAC) is a nonprofit set up in 2014 by Western Union, as part of a settlement with the state of Arizona. Originally intended as a way to crack down on money laundering by Mexican drug cartels, the tool has since become a way for federal, state and local police to track money transfers without a court order, the Journal reported.  In a letter requesting a federal investigation into the database, Wyden described it as “an all-you-can-eat buffet of Americans’ personal financial data” the government can access “while bypassing the normal protections for Americans’ privacy.”  TRAC reportedly contains more than 150 million records of money transfers from the US to over 20 foreign countries, but also between Americans domestically. US laws require federal agencies to get a subpoena for bank records, and banks to report suspicious activity. Those laws do not apply to money service companies such as Western Union, MoneyGram, Euronet, DolEx and Viamericas – all of which have reportedly sent data to TRAC.

Dr. Aseem Malhotra on the BBC: Hero or Controlled Opposition?

British Cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra is making headlines in the Alternative Media for his appearance on the BBC this weekend. The Alternative Media are hailing this as a "breakthrough," claiming that the BBC "made a mistake" by allowing Malhotra to speak freely on his concerns about the mRNA COVID shots' link to cardiovascular deaths, and Malhotra's tweet seems to support that claim. Why did the BBC invite him to come on the air and do this interview this past weekend, when in the past Malhotra was accused as being a heretic in the corporate media because of his views against cholesterol-lowering statin drugs? They specifically invited him to come on the air to discuss the NHS's new guidelines that people could be prescribed daily cholesterol-lowering statin drugs to cut their risk for sudden heart attacks and strokes. Did they know that Dr. Malhotra's position on statin drugs was that he was primarily against them? Of course they did! That is exactly why he was invited on to their show, to convince people that statin drugs were not the right drug to use to treat all of these increases in sudden heart attacks and strokes. Like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, the former block buster statin drugs all now have patents that have expired, and they are available as cheap generics. So since statin drugs are so cheap now, Big Pharma wants to develop new drugs to treat the sudden rise in heart disease. We know for example that Moderna is working on an mRNA cancer vaccine, and have even partnered with Merck, the company that has the only cancer vaccine currently on the market, the deadly HPV Gardasil vaccine that has destroyed the lives of so many child-bearing aged young women. And as to Dr. Malhotra's comments on the mRNA COVID shots, do you really believe his views on this were not known to the BBC before they invited him on to their show? Malhotra went public in his opposition to the mRNA COVID shots last year, and in September of last year, 2022, he published a peer-reviewed paper calling for "an Immediate and Complete Suspension of Covid-19 Vaccines." Is it realistic to think that the BBC somehow missed this??
