Lawsuit in San Antonio Claims CPS is Kidnapping Latin American Babies

10-day-old baby taken by CPS, lawsuit filed

The League of United Latin American Citizens filed a federal lawsuit on Feb. 6 against Child Protective Services, alleging the department abused its power.

LULAC said that CPS took a 10-day-old baby away from its mother because of alleged drug use. The woman and baby did not test positive for drugs, but CPS still took the baby away.

Julie Marquez, with the LULAC Council in Seguin, said the case is nothing out of the ordinary for CPS.

“We have several cases … We have more than 10 cases. It’s the same M.O. over and over and over again. They withhold evidence and they abuse their discretion and they abuse their power,” Marquez said.

This isn’t just happening in San Antonia. It’s happening in New Hampshire as well and I’m sure many other States. My newborn, half Dominican granddaughter was Medically Kidnapped at birth. She was born with blonde hair and blue eyes, just like her Mother. Her Mother was told by Nashua, NH DCYF worker Kris Geno not to tell anyone her newborn was half Spanish. She was placed with white strangers and ILLEGALLY adopted out.
My half Honduran Grandson was also Medically Kidnapped by Nashua, NH DCYF and illegally adopted out. Neither child’s Father’s were ever contacted. The right’s of fictitious men in both cases were terminated. The REAL Father’s were never allowed to petition the Court for custody.
