As opening statements in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex-trafficking trial are set to kick off Monday, the defense and prosecution have seemingly run into a few roadblocks.

The prosecution has lost communication with Victim 3 and cannot locate her, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey.

“The disappearance of a key victim at trial is crippling for the prosecution,” attorney John J. Perlstein told Fox News Digital.

“To have only three to four actual victims testifying against allegations of two decades-long criminality is telling. Although the government will have other witnesses to testify (i.e. staff workers, Diddy associates, people that were part of his entourage), the victims will be the most compelling and important people on the stand.” (Source.)

Jeanine Pirro, whom President Trump selected this week to serve as the top prosecutor in the District of Columbia, is just the latest in a slew of Fox News hosts and personalities to join the president’s administration this year.

Pirro on Thursday became one of more than a dozen former Fox employees or contributors who have spoken glowingly about the president on the network’s air and been rewarded with top jobs in his government.

The trend suggests Trump is closely watching what is said about him and his policies on the conservative cable channel and values figures who are both compelling on television and loyal to his agenda.

Trump trashes MSNBC over tariffs, Wall Street Journal over China

President Trump went on a multi-post rant on how MSNBC is misreporting his tariffs.

“MSNBC, the worst there is on Television misrepresentation, is so far knowingly off in their statements about me and Tariffs that it should be considered a Major Campaign Violation,” (Doesn’t Trump know the campaign is over, and he won??) Mr. Trump wrote on social media Friday.

In a separate post, the president hit The Wall Street Journal, calling it a “highly inaccurate, ‘China Centric’” paper.

He suggested that Keith Poole, editor-in-chief of the New York Post, take over the Journal.

He said it would be an “easy move” for Rupert Murdoch, the former chairman of Fox Corp. and News Corp., the latter of which owns the Post and Journal.

“Such a change would be a GREAT DAY for America, but not a Great Day for China!” the president said.

Judge orders release of Tufts University doctoral student from ICE custody

This woman was here LEGALLY on a student visa, was a Fulbright Scholar PhD student, and was NOT charged with a single crime, and has no record. They kidnapped her off the streets with masked, unidentified agents in Vermont, and put her on a plane with no due process of law to the ICE detention center in Louisiana.

The only thing that Trump’s administration has accused her of is writing an Op Ed piece for her school newspaper in support of Palestinians. She is also a child advocate.

Now, a judge has ordered her released on bail and returned to Vermont to prepare for her trial.

A federal judge in Vermont on Friday ordered that a Tufts University doctoral student be released on bail from ICE custody after her visa was revoked by the Trump administration.

U.S. District Judge William Sessions slammed the government in ordering Rumeysa Ozturk, a Turkish national, released while their case against her proceeds, saying that the government had not produced any evidence against her aside from an op-ed she co-wrote in her student newspaper last year.

“I put the government on notice that they should immediately introduce any such evidence, and that was three weeks ago, and there has been no evidence that has been introduced by the government other than the op-ed.

I mean, that literally is the case. There is no evidence here as to the motivation absent consideration of the op-ed,” he said.

Ozturk testified remotely at her bail hearing from the detention facility in Louisiana where she has been held since ICE agents detained her near her home in Massachusetts on March 25.

The attorney representing the government did not cross-examine Ozturk during Friday’s bail hearing, nor offer any witnesses that could attest to why she was a threat to foreign policy, as the administration has alleged.

Judge Sessions also highlighted several of the declarations that were submitted in Ozturk’s defense, attesting to her “peaceful and compassionate character.”

“There is absolutely no evidence that she has engaged in violence or advocated violence. She has no criminal record. She has done nothing other than essentially attend her university and expand her contacts within the community in such a supportive way,” he said.

Ozturk told the judge that she organized an event she called “collective grieving for children experiencing war and conflicts” that aimed to help children “from Gaza to Israel, from Russia to Ukraine … from all parts of the world.”

“I think as people who are working in academia for child development and well-being, it is sometimes possible that we forget the emotional touch or grief extending to children that we don’t necessarily work with,” she said.

“But that doesn’t mean that we don’t grieve for other children, all of them are ours, from all parts of the world experiencing very sad events including war and conflict.”

Ozturk said during the hearing that, should she be released on bail, Tufts has offered her several housing options she hopes to take up in order to finish her Ph.D.

In sworn declarations and court hearings, Ozturk and her lawyers stressed the urgent need for her to be released, noting she has had at least 12 asthma attacks since she was detained. They also accused the detention facility of being overcrowded and unsanitary, which they said may be affecting her well-being.

At one point during the hearing, she was granted a break to take asthma medication after appearing at several points to clutch her chest as she struggled to speak. She testified she had an asthma attack at an airport in Atlanta when she was being transported to Louisiana. (Source.)

Tariffs Just Got Real: Small PC Parts Seller Shares Staggering $36K Import Bill

Expect to see a LOT more stories like this in the next couple of weeks, as importers get the bill for their imported goods PLUS the additional tariffs. Many small businesses are about to collapse.

Some Americans are still confused about tariffs, and believe that the importing countries, such as China, are paying these.

They are NOT! U.S. businesses are paying for these tariffs.

Adafruit, a provider of do-it-yourself computer parts, is warning it’ll need to raise prices on some products after receiving its first major import bill on Chinese goods.

The company was charged $36,126 for a recent shipment of components through delivery provider DHL.“Tariffs just got real,” Adafruit said in a post on Bluesky.

“These particular products we couldn’t manufacture ourselves even if we wanted to, since the vendor has well-deserved IP [intellectual property] protections,” Adafruit said in its blog post.

Still, the resulting $36,000 import fee is alarming because Adafruit needs to pay the cost upfront, before any of the components can be sold to consumers, which can disrupt its cash flow. (Source.)

Well it is going on 11 years now, and Children’s Health Defense Founder RFK Jr. now is Secretary of HHS, and controls the CDC.

So why isn’t Kennedy demanding that Congress hold hearings over Dr. William Thompson’s testimony that the CDC’s own study showed a link between the MMR vaccine and autism, over 20 years ago, and the CDC covered it up!

Why does the CDC now, under Kennedy, need to start new studies looking at causes of autism, when the CDC already has evidence that has been covered up for 2 decades now??

Expecting Kennedy to keep his word and do what is right which would be to bring Dr. William Thompson of the CDC to testify in public over the crimes committed by the CDC which has harmed so many Americans, is like expecting Trump and every President before him to keep their word that they are going to release the full JFK assassination files.

It’s not going to happen, and yet the Secretary of HHS, himself a Kennedy, should be the ONE PERSON IN THE U.S. that could, and should, reveal this deep state fraud.

Does that not make him the greater LIAR and the greater FRAUD?

Every day all the previous work he did and published on CHD betrays and convicts him of the crimes he is now committing since being put into Washington D.C. politics.

She slams Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for failing to bring back the remains of her son, who was part of Nir Oz’s civilian defense squad, which fought for hours before the IDF arrived.

“How is it that the person who went out first became transparent?” she asks. “How is it that someone who fought for the country is not being fought for by the country?”

Adar urges Netanyahu to follow in the footsteps of Menachem Begin, who also served in the premiership while heading up the Likud party, and to resign immediately. (Source.)

My goal in this book is to explain the perfect and ultimate design that the Creator used in His creation, and the ramifications of that creation in our lives today.

The Chapters 1 through 7 gives a physics professor’s view of the Days of creation when God created all matter and energy and formed the Earth and all stellar bodies, including the Sun, the Moon and all the planets in the solar system.

Even though God created ex nihilo (from nothing) He also created an orderly system of laws that govern the universe, which are important to understand His creation (Chapter 8).

The thermodynamic state of the initial creation was low entropy, which has been inexorably increasing ever since the Curse on creation. The forces of decay were continually being reversed by the Creator’s sustaining power (Chapter 9) in the period before the Curse, and thus maintaining a paradise on Earth.

The effects of that Curse (Chapter 10) may be seen everywhere in both the cosmos and on Earth. These effects are examined and it is found to be that God has had a plan here from the very beginning.

The historical sequence of events from creation, when properly understood, encourages us that the Creator has held us in His hand even though He judged the wicked in the Great Flood (Chapter 11). Even that was His plan, providentially providing a fuel source in all the coal deposits on Earth (Chapter 12).

The Creator’s laws of physics govern our ability to extract useful energy from the planet now (Chapters 12 – 14). These forms of energy, especially hydrocarbons in the form of oil, gas and coal, have great significance for the quality of life and prosperity in the modern world.

The Earth and its space environment were designed for the express purpose of a habitat for the only life in the universe (Chapter 15), that is, Carbon-based life, there is no other (Chapter 16).

The Earth suffered a global climate catastrophe, when the whole planet was covered in a global Flood of judgment on the wicked, but God promised to never use water again. The Climate Cult preaches a coming global catastrophe from rising sea levels with the potential to flood the continents. However they are very mistaken as the next judgment will be with fire (Chapter 17).

The Earth itself is evidence of design. That design includes its spherical shape which comes from the created laws of physics in a 3-dimensional Euclidean universe. The Earth and the rest of creation are all designed by the Creator to offer the best habitat for life in the universe. A spheroidal Earth is a consequence of the Creator’s fundamental physics (Chapter 18).

Our planet Earth is the only viable starship in the universe. It has all the necessary life support systems for all living humans and all other life as it hurtles through the vacuum of space. The Creator design this spaceship for this express purpose (Chapter 19).

The global Flood was a mass extinction event and judgment on the wicked. God promised not to flood the Earth with water again. Instead the next and last mass extinction event will be a flood of fire in the final judgment. Perhaps the Creator will use space rocks from creation to bring about the final purging of all the wicked and their inventions from the Earth (Chapter 20).

The end may be near for the restoration of all things including the Earth and its inhabitants. The Earth has been damaged by man’s sin and the effects of the Curse. However the Creator has promised to renovate the Earth when He brings on the New Heaven and New Earth to come. The forces of decay will again be reversed (Chapter 21). (Source.)
