The Supreme Court has, once again, overturned lower court rulings that challenged the U.S. Federal Government’s role in mandating COVID-19 bioweapon shots. The “Conservative” majority, once again, ruled to protect the interests of Big Pharma and their immunity from being prosecuted in the U.S. judicial system, as it has done consistently since 2011, even though the pharmaceutical companies were not the defendants in these cases, but obviously benefited from this ruling.

Supreme Court Wipes Out Three Rulings Rejecting Federal COVID Vaccine Mandate

The U.S. Supreme Court vacated the rulings in three lower court cases that had successfully challenged the Biden administration’s federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal agency employees and military service personnel. The decision by the nation’s highest court to grant the Biden administration’s request to set aside the previous judicial rulings rejecting a federal COVID vaccine mandate erases the legal precedent set by the lower courts.

The Appellate courts were split in their decisions about the COVID vaccine mandate with those challenging the federal vaccine mandate succeeding in some cases and the Biden administration prevailing in other cases.

The Supreme Court majority… instructed the lower court to dismiss the cases as moot after the vaccine mandates were rescinded. By wiping out the historical record, the Supreme Court has ensured that any legal challenges to future vaccine mandates will be cases of first impression without precedent. (Full Article.)

For the first time (to my knowledge) since the COVID-19 shots were approved by President Donald Trump in December of 2020, one of the nine Supreme Court Justices actually dissented in the majority court view on COVID-19 vaccine mandates, and it was Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, whom many claim is the most “liberal” Judge currently on the bench, and was appointed by current President Joe Biden.

One Supreme Court Justice Dissents from Ruling Upholding Federal COVID Vaccine Mandate

The unsigned Supreme Court decision vacated the rulings against the mandates and ordered the lower court to vacate the preliminary injunction against the Biden administration as moot¹³ Only one Justice, Justice Jackson explained the decision. She agreed with the other justices that the lower court ruling should be vacated in one decision and dissented in the other two cases, explaining that the government failed to “establish equitable entitlement” to the vacatur.

In a recent case, Justice Jackson argued in a dissenting opinion that the Supreme Court may vacate a lower court’s rulings in a case that has become moot when an unfair result is faced by the losing party who can’t appeal the decision. She explained that it is an exceptional remedy that should only be granted when equity demands it.

Justice Jackson wrote:

Later, this Court clarified that this “Munsingwear vacatur” remedy is available only in “extraordinary” or “exceptional” cases where a party meets the burden of demonstrating equitable entitlement to vacatur in an otherwise moot case.

Justice Jackson further clarified that the court has long recognized that a Munsingwear vacatur is generally not a fair ruling when the party requesting the vacatur, “played a role in rendering the case moot.”

Justice Jackson wrote:

As a general matter, I believe that a party who claims equitable entitlement to vacatur must explain what harm—other than having to accept the law as the lower court stated it—flows from the inability to appeal the lower court decision.

Ultimately, Justice Jackson did not find that the government, “established equitable entitlement” to the vacatur and was not warranted in two of the three cases. (Full article.)

While this may seem confusing to the “Conservative” talking head “experts” who only started publishing opposition to vaccine mandates since 2021 when so many multitudes of people died or became crippled from the COVID-19 bioweapon shots, those of us who have covered this issue for decades now fully understand that this is the norm, not the exception, where only “Liberals” have ever dared to dissent to giving legal immunity for Big Pharma and their killer vaccines, while “Conservatives” have always protected Wall Street and the bankers and corporations that run this country, all in the name of “free markets” and “capitalism.”

The “Conservative Right” is who supported the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act which gave pharmaceutical companies producing vaccines legal immunity in the courts from being sued due to injuries and deaths caused by their vaccine products.

“Conservative” President Ronald Reagan signed that bill into law.

The law was challenged at the Supreme Court in 2011 with Bruesewitz v. Wyeth LLC, and the law was upheld as the Court ruled that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.” All of the “conservatives” on the bench sided with Big Pharma, including Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Samuel Alito, considered “solid conservatives.”

And who wrote the dissenting opinion complaining that the Court was overstepping its bounds and ruling beyond what Congress intended by giving Big Pharma too much power?

She was joined in dissent only by Ruth Bader Ginsburg, now deceased and no longer on the Court.

I am certainly not suggesting that “liberals” are anti-vaccine and anti-vaccine mandates, as they are not.

BOTH the liberal Democrat Party and the conservative Republican Party are solidly pro-vaccine, and cannot be (s)elected to office without supporting the vaccine industry.

The liberals, in general, believe in vaccines and vaccine mandates, with California Governor Gavin Newsom being the poster boy for protecting the vaccine industry and trying to criminalize any doctor who dares to write an exemption. If liberals oppose anything to do with vaccines, it is generally pointing out the crimes of Wall Street and how we need “safer vaccines.” (But keep taking them in the meantime.)

The conservatives, in general, believe that vaccines are necessary for life, and that even though some people do die and are crippled by them, that is just fine for the “greater good”, and that therefore pharmaceutical companies should not be blamed for their products even if they kill and maim people. Ronald Reagan would be the poster boy for the conservative vaccine position.

But both end up with the same result: MEDICAL TYRANNY.

So when you see an article from one of the newer false prophets in the Alternative Media stating that we can now “sue Pfizer for damages” or any other such nonsense, you can just ignore it and move on to the more important topics facing us today as WW III develops, because Corporate America OWNS the U.S. Supreme Court, who serve them, and not the public.

The Supreme Court in Washington D.C. is a Freemason Building

Like many other buildings in Washington D.C., the Supreme Court building is the work of Freemasons, representing Roman architecture, and honoring “Lady Liberty”, or “Columbia”, the head demon who rules over the United States, and whose image appears everywhere in the “District of Columbia” where she lives. An investigation into all the images and statutes that appear inside and outside of the U.S. Supreme Court building will clearly show the Freemason influence of this courthouse. It includes carved images and statues of famous historical figures inside the Supreme Court building who represented “Lawgivers”, including:

• Menes (c. 3200 B.C.) In the 1930s, Menes [me-knees] was thought to be the first King of the first dynasty of ancient Egypt and credited with unifying Upper and Lower Egypt.
• Moses (c. 1300s B.C.) Prophet, lawgiver, and judge of the Israelites depicted with two overlapping tablets, written in Hebrew, representing the Ten Commandments.
• Confucius (551–478 B.C.) Chinese philosopher whose teachings stressed harmony, learning, and virtue. His teachings were later used by the Chinese state as the basis for government.
• Charlemagne (c. 742–814) King of the Franks and Roman Emperor who united most of Western Europe by 804 and reformed the legal and judicial system.
• King John (1166–1216) King of England whose policies and taxation caused his barons to force him to seal Magna Carta, depicted here as a scrolled document in his hand.
• John Marshall (1755–1835) Chief Justice (1801–1835) who wrote the opinion in Marbury v. Madison (1803), establishing the power of judicial review for the Supreme Court.

One of the American leaders of Freemasonry was Albert Pike (December 29, 1809 – April 2, 1891), who was a Confederate States Army general, an attorney, and at one time appointed to the Arkansas State Supreme Court. (More info here.)

Canadian William Guy Carr, who wrote Pawns in the Game in 1958, wrote the following about Albert Pike and his predictions for 3 World Wars (highlighted sections by me):

In 1840, General Albert Pike was brought under the influence of Mazzini because he became a disgruntled officer when President Jefferson Davis disbanded his auxiliary Indian troops on the grounds they had committed atrocities under the cloak of legitimate warfare. Pike accepted the idea of a one world government and ultimately became head of the Luciferian Priesthood. Between 1859, and 1871, he worked out the details of a military blue-print, for three world wars, and three major revolutions which he considered would further the conspiracy to its final stage during the twentieth century.

Most of his work was done in the 13 room mansion, he built in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1840. When the Illuminati, and the lodges of the Grand Orient, became suspect, because of Mazzini’s revolutionary activities in Europe, Pike organized the New and Reformed Palladian Rite. He established three supreme councils; one in Charleston, S.C., another in Rome, Italy and another in Berlin, Germany. He had Mazzini establish twenty three subordinate councils in strategic locations throughout the world.

These have been the secret headquarters of the world revolutionary movement ever since. Long before Marconi invented wireless (Radio), the scientists who were of the Illuminati had made it possible for Pike and the Heads of his councils to communicate secretly. It was the discovery of this secret that enabled intelligence officers to understand how apparently unrelated ‘incidents’ took place simultaneously throughout the world which aggravated a situation and developed into a war or revolution.

Pike’s plan was as simple as it has proved effective. He required that Communism, Naziism, Political Zionism, and other International movements be organized and used to foment the three global wars and three major revolutions. The first world war was to be fought so as to enable the Illuminati to overthrow the powers of the Tzars in Russia and turn that country into the stronghold of Atheistic-Communism. The differences stirred up by agentur of the Illuminati between the British and German Empires were to be used to foment this war. After the war ended, Communism was to be built up and used to destroy other governments and weaken religions.

World War Two, was to be fomented by using the differences between Fascists and Political Zionists. This war was to be fought so that Naziism would be destroyed and the power of Political Zionism increased so that the sovereign state of Israel could be established in Palestine. During world war two International Communism was to be built up until it equalled in strength that of united Christendom. At this point it was to be contained and kept in check until required for the final social cataclysm. Can any informed person deny Roosevelt and Churchill did not put this policy into effect ?

World War Three is to be fomented by using the differences the agentur of the Illuminati stir up between Political Zionists and the leaders of the Moslem world. The war is to be directed in such a manner that Islam (the Arab World including Mohammedanism) and Political Zionism (including the State of Israel) will destroy themselves while at the same time the remaining nations, once more divided against each other on this issue, will be forced to fight themselves into a state of complete exhaustion physically, mentally, spiritually and economically.

Can any unbiased and reasoning person deny that the intrigue now going on in the Near, Middle, and Far East isn’t designed to accomplish this devilish purpose ?

Albert Pike died in 1891, and William Carr wrote his book in 1958, with WW II still fresh in his mind.

Can there be any more doubt that the United States of America was founded by Freemasons, is run by Freemasons today, in order to usher in the “New World Order”, and is the most evil country in the world today?

And yet many Americans, especially Conservative Christians, worship this country through “Patriotism”, and by pledging allegiance to the symbol of this Freemason country, the American flag. See:
