Given recent legislative actions in New York, as well as proposed new ones, to remove any exemptions to vaccines and mandate that all children must be vaccinated, the idea of New York becoming a vaccine police state is no longer a theory or warning. It is happening in full public view, thanks to what one lawmaker refers to as “the corruption in Albany.”
A new proposed bill in New York would mandate the HPV Gardasil vaccine as a requirement for school attendance, both private and public, including daycare.
Parents who no longer can enroll their children in schools, whether public or private, due to the loss of religious and medical exemptions to vaccines, are apparently turning to homeschool education as their only option left to educate their children.
But a lawmaker from Warsaw, Assemblyman David DiPietro, has stated that lawmakers are planning on outlawing homeschooling, because they want to be able to vaccinate the children in the schools, without parental approval or knowledge.
New York State Assemblyman David DiPietro visited Warsaw on Thursday, Nov. 14 to discuss with the community upcoming bills mandating vaccines like the human papillomavirus and the flu.
“This is about the parental choice aspect that has been taken away from us, [this is] downright illegal,” DiPietro said.
His discussion was not about whether a child is vaccinated. Rather, he reiterated the fact that parents will no longer have a choice of whether their son or daughter is.
One of the possible new state laws set to take effect in January would require kids born on or after Jan. 1, 2009 who are entering public schools or daycares to receive the HPV vaccine.
Due to the possibility of the passing of this bill, it was said that many parents have turned to homeschooling — East Aurora has reportedly seen a 56 percent rise in homeschooling this year. However, DiPietro said, Albany is working with state education to “outlaw homeschooling.”
“Even if it is unconstitutional, legislatures don’t care [about the legality of this],” the assemblyman said. “Corruption drips off the walls in Albany.”
He estimated that if the vaccine bill – among many others – passes, New York could see half a million residents move out of state in 2021.
As part of the legislation, DiPietro said that children could receive the mandated vaccinations without their parents’ knowledge or consent during the school day. He said that is has become a reality that a child could be kicked out of school without proper vaccinations. (Source.)
New York: The Vaccine Police State is Increasing
This year (2019), New York has easily passed California in becoming the most oppressive state when it comes to parental rights, and forced vaccinations.
Earlier this year, they used a measles “outbreak” as rationale to restrict the movement of its citizens outside of educational institutions.
In what was believed to be the first ever ban on unvaccinated children from going to public places, the New York Health Department actually went door-to-door looking for unvaccinated children. See:

This public “emergency” was then used to quickly pass a bill through the New York legislature to remove all religious exemptions to vaccines. See:

Many parents who were not even aware of the new law, suddenly found out that their children could no longer attend school, since their religious or medical exemptions for vaccines were no longer valid.
Soon after the passage of the bill, letters sent to parents in school districts began to surface on the Internet where they were threatened to be reported to Child Protective Services (CPS) if they did not get their children vaccinated. See:

New York Senate Bill S298B is still in the Health Committee, and it “Provides for the immunization of all children born after January 1, 2009 against the human papillomavirus (HPV).”
The only HPV vaccine licensed in the U.S. is Merck’s Gardasil vaccine. Even among those pro-vaccine, this is not a popular vaccine, due to the alleged fraud in bringing this vaccine to market, and the sheer volume of young women who have been harmed or killed by it.
New York citizens should let their elected representatives know how they feel about this proposed bill.
