GO to the County Attorney and tell the Co. Attorney what is going on. I did this in my county and he stopped DCBS from even contacting me. Tell the DCBS you want in writing about divorcing your husband, and take the paper they filled out for you to follow the guidelines with you, don’t call show up. See if he will help and tell them the DCBS is being investigated by the FBI

i am so overwhelmed by this article it is answer to my many prayers i can relate to almost every post on here Clark Co is one of the most corrupt co. in ky. it is sad that it has taken this long and that so many have suffered the consequences of pure arrogance on behalf of officials that represent justice law.. there is no justice in ky. there is the almighty dollar and a favor.  i pray that the fbi really grasp what is going on in this state that is why i firmly believe that we also rate pretty high on the scale of drug abuse and disfunction because of all the lives that are affected by the politics of the ungodly state. we are breeding drug addicted mothers and fathers and the children the victims of this corruption are being scared beyond repair therefore forcing them as well into a substance  relief or crime something to find themselves due to the circumstances created in their lives by the government operating in good ole KENTUCKY… we treat horses here better than we do our mothers, fathers, and children. pray for the fbi during this investigation that God will reveal all and give them the favor that they need to stop the maddness!!!!

My name is Vicki Miller and I live in Lexington, Kentucky and I have 5 grandchildren that have been stolen by our local DCBS office. My oldest daughter has three children living in foster care and my middle daughter has two children who is living with family members. My daughters were never charged with any crime against their children, no physical abuse, no neglect, but they had substance abuse in the home, which both of them now have been clean for over a year and they still don’t have their kids back home. These so called case plans that they want them to do changes with every court date. I took custody of two of my grandkids and someone called DCBS and told the kidnappers that my grandkids was at my mother-in-law’s home, so they parked up the street and took pictures of my grandson in the doorway. Well because they had a no contact order in place between the kids and my daughter, and my daughter could of been at my mother-in-laws home they called me and sent the sheriff to my home and took my grandkids from me and told me if I didn’t give them up I was going to be arrested for kidnapping. Even though the same day they took the pictures they went inside the home and searched the home and my daughter was not there they still took them from me, That was the hardest thing ive ever had to do in my life!!! Now I haven’t seen my grandkids in almost a year, but the last time we seen them for an overnight visit my grandson who is 5 years old was on 7 different medications because of his behavior, one of them being PROZAC. Why in the world does a 5 year old need that? He was a zombie, I’m sure his behavior was a little erratic but its justified when your stolen from everyone that loves you and you have no idea whats going on . He is terrified. Our family has called and called to see the kids but they tell us there is no grandparent rights in Kentucky and I can do nothing to see them until there mother finishes her case plan. If you aren’t able to afford a family court lawyer your basically screwed here and will have to sit back and watch them steal children. Wheres the justice for these kids? Even though substances was being used in the home, which I do not agree with, the kids had a home, toys, parents, grandparent, aunts, uncles, and friends who love them. No abuse, or neglect, it was only because of dirty urine that they were taken. Which has since been  corrected,,,, why aren’t they back in the home? DCBS have too much power and they abuse the power they have and thousands of families are suffering because of it. I call to talk to Ashley, at DCBS and she is never in her office and she NEVER calls back. I would love to see my grandkids but I have no rights to, so they tell me. Why cant the kids stay in our family, they wont even let us have that option. I don’t know what to do or who can help me with this but any suggestions would be so appreciated.

My sister is a victim of sexual and domestic violence and the DCBS came in took her children the kids have been place the first time with me their aunt then another aunt, 2 foster care family’s her case was based on allegations she has had 2 workers on this case, a manager  not to mention she is currently pregnant they just told her my sister that she is going to have to check with family or place in foster care the baby is not even born yet ??? Then me my own children was discriminated cause of their disability they have then I get a call from Frankfort regional office today saying that I will receive a RNC to see if I can get the newborn me being a aunt I call make a report about discrimination against my children then a week latter DCBS changes there mind ?? This has to stop there is kids that  is physically, emotionally damaging them !! This in from a small town in Kentucky Jessamine County!!!!

We the familiar if WV would like to see this Corruption investigated here in rural Jackson County.

I am a foster kid , and let me tell you the system is very corrupt in Kentucky. They have been messing my life up and disrupting it for the past 13 years of my life on and off. I am in foster care right now for something my parents didn’t even do . 
My social workers , my parents lawyers keep on switching the reasons one day it is because my mother was living in the home , next day it is that I was at my friends house and her mother was making dope in the house . Which my parents knew nothing about if they had I would never have been there in the first place . When I was taken into care in march I was told by a police officer and a social worker that  my Father was on his way to pick me up and I was going home, but when he arrived he came in and hugged me and told me that I was being placed in a emergency foster placement . I was furious because once again the people who were supposed to be there to help had screwed me over once again. When I arrived in care I was supposed to be returning home Monday after court , but they kept on coming up with a non true reason for me to stay in care I have been in care for almost 8 months . It would be different if I was in a neglecting or abusive home but I am loved my parents always have made sure I was taken care of They have never done me wrong they raised me good . Still the system keeps on getting involved in my life for no reason I feel very harassed by them . I would love to be emancipated so I wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore but it is prohibited while your in state custody , and if I tried to take them to court they would win I would lose because they have power and I would just seem like another white trash kid trying to beat the system .

They filed one for my Two Oldest Grand Mother and it is documented but Unfortunately, they background did not check out and I had told them that they did not have good backgrounds. I feel like I am been mistreated because I am from another state and my family lives in Arkansas. Kentucky loves to adopt out kids because they receive lots of Money for adopted Kids, I thought that you suppose to reunite families together instead they do the opposite and destroy families apart. I feel like I am being Prejudice and due to me being a young Mother of 5 kids. Age should not matter but they is holding that against me and because I have no Family here with me in Kentucky. I had my kids very Young while I was in School and my twins when I was out of School. My Oldest is 11 years old my next to the oldest is 9 years Old, my Twins is 4 years old and my baby is 1 year old, the point am trying to say is that before I move to Lexington Kentucky my kids was well taken care of I never neglected or abused my kids they mean the world to me. I will not have put my kids in any harm or danger I was raised without of Mother, and it’s not Fair that Kentucky is trying to take my kids from Me, they is trying to say that I have not did everything they ask me to and that they do not think that I can care for my kids Long-term, but I have done everything I completed Parenting Classes, Got a good Job, and I got a roof over my head. I need help this needs to stop Kentucky does not care about Families all they care about is the money they receive for adopting kids out. If I was not Compliant with them why they have not took away my visitation rights I still Visit my kids  every 2 Weeks and in the state of Kentucky if you are not doing or have done what your Social Worker ask you to do they have the right to Suspend your visitation and they have never done that to me, I also they said they found a Joint in My house I have over 200 something Drops and all of them are Negative except for the Medicine  they were  giving me for my Contractions for my baby and After I had him. I want my story to be heard because Lexington Kentucky is violated Parents Rights Just to get More Money in their Pockets and Destroying Loving Families for no reason at all and not abiding by the rules I will be Contacting the FBI about this matter because I feel like they is kidnapping my kids and trying to Adopt them out just for the Money. I am a good Parent with no record.

My husband and I obtained an. Adoption specialist out of Louisvulille KY last April 14′ we meet with Floyd Co KY Social Service they initiated the 100A to start our process through ICPC (Interstate placement ) due to we live in Georgia KY supervisor backed us fighting fir the placement of our three grandnieces who had been in KY foster care and were now all three separated….we wanted them placed with us…..we get our home study denied by our wonderful state of Georgia whom said our home was to peaceful for my three grandnieces and that we would expect to much from them in their behavior issues they added and omitted 24 of 26 pages of our hone study lies We called our local Atlanta office to file complaint and our local county office. Revised and Approved our home study and said the denial should never had happen to us they demoted workers involved in our case but KY would not accept our approved home study fir placement of our three grandnieces. ..our KY attorney told us the cabinet hel all the keys and basically walked away from representing us any further due to she worked daily with the KY cabinet and could not go any further in fighting them…we have reached out to Commissioner Theresa James of KY social service and received letter stating she would not go against the Floyd Co decision for each child permancy plans….these sisters were not orphans they had us their family fighting for them and
    
they adopted two of the three out our hearts are  broken our family has been torn apart thanks to them. I have reached out to news paper in Lexington the courier journal with no reply I have sent letter to
 the state official no reply I will try to call FBI due to my email would not go through….Ky is very corrupt they even sent


t a citizen review letter out and all letters should have been stopped long ago when  parental rights wet removed but they keep sending them out … they will not consider us an interest party. Please please investigate them and we would love to talk to anyone who would do a news report in our horrible corruption KY social service

No hopes in our corrupt government, but I have faith in Our Heavenly Father, Jehovah, that all the wicked will be accountable for their EVIL works. Many families have suffered, and it is becoming more widespread, not just in Kentucky but in most States.

I’d like to see something done in Butler County. I’m currently being investigated and though my children are still with me, I’ve been advised that the “investigation” is taking so long, because they need to give me time to actually mess up. I was investigatediagnosed earlier this year when I left my daughters father because of alcohol abuse. After I left him I had to get ab emergency protective order and with that, came DCBS into my life. Of course I never went back to him. Complied  completely with everything and that case was closed, without so much as a home visit. Later new allegations of me “dating a child molester” surfaced, which as untrue as they are, still seem completely irrelevant as I live with my parents who watch my children full time. They’ve never been in the care of strangers and both are physically and emotionally healthy kids. The case worker interviewed my 3 year old daughter while I was out of town, and insisted that she would interview my 9 year old son and make a report within 45 days. It’s been 2 months and when I called to ask what I’m supposed to do now, she informed me that tI’m was absolutely not up, and that I would be receiving a letter that week letting me know how to proceed, then hung up on me….that was 2 weeks ago. The magical letter never came, and I am afraid to stir the pot any more, because aquaintences that have dealt with this branch (I just moved to this county in February) have had plenty to say about the supervisor here and how even with lawyers they had been forced into guilty pleas and lost children over falsified reports and doctored records. One couple were accused of screaming at the workers and when the judge was presented with the actual (non screaming) recording of the conversation, the supervisor conveniently had misplaced her case file, and was “mistaken”.

Well Val WIlliams I can prove that theory wrong. I had barely any supervision as a child and  that is has nothing to do with it. In a case or two here and there. There judges need a mediator that sets between them and the workers. A lot of the judges have nothing to go on but the word of the DCBS worker and the prosecutors.  they need someone to read every report and talk to both side and see what is really going on and that person report to the judge. I am also from KY. I have seen countless times that judge simply do what the opposing side says and they really needed to look at the whole case from the beginning. I myself am a Foster parent. I also had a sister who was blackmailed out of her 2 children just days before her 3rd boy was born. She had to sign her rights over or loose him too. It is a 20+ year old case.  It was wrong no matter if it was best or not. It isn’t justice, it is kidnapping. We were able to keep contact with them but one is a serious drug addict the other did end up being well cared for. I could right pages and pages on things I have seen and know.

If the government will step in and send families back where they should be it would free up the foster parents for kids families dont want. Please send our families back home. I want my grandson back.

my y mother was assisted with DCBS on what to say to take my kids. She was able to file a police report statig I was homeless (even though I was living in her home because I had just had a cesarean and she was supposed to help me) she also stated that I left them with no food or diapers or medication for my oldest. I had just told my oldest son’s teacher she stole his medicine. (My mother is addicted to drugs, and was hospitalized in Charter when it was here). They took my kids from me to place with my mother who lost custody of me for drug abuse and neglecting me. They gave me a case plan which I followed but my mother was allowed to just say that I talked bad about her so I would get in trouble. They told me that I was unable to care for my children because of my borderline personality disorder which I came to have from the environment I grew up in (my mother’s care). This was from CATS testing. I worked from supervised visits all the way to standard visitation.  Then my children started coming over with untreated head lice for 6 months. I called DCBS and made a complaint. Then my children had scabies for 8+ months. I made a complaint. Then they had bed bugs for over a year. I made a complaint. My oldest came with brusing and cuts and I made a complaint. The KSP officer that responded when I made a complaint told me brusing and custs are part of discipline.  (All complaints were unsubstantiated even though I have proof) The Cabinet filed a complaint with Judge Mattingly (who has refused to uphold his own orders for my visitation, allowing my mother to keep my youngest  from me and allows her to talk badly about me to him to make him scared of me and  Mattingly also sleeps during my hearings) the complaint was against me and my mother but I lost all visitation/no contact because of the emotial damage i am causing my oldest son. I have taken my mother to court for contempt 3 times and all were unsubstantiated even though she told him she wasn’t allowing visitation. Now I am stuck with no contact and this has been going on for 7 years. I am desperate. Please help me.

I will be contacting the FBI regarding my child and I.  We are Australian Citizens – he was taken from me less than 2 weeks before we were returning home over 3 years ago.  My parental rights were terminated and his ‘foster’ family is now adopting him.   I was not charged criminally but endured the so called Family Court system here.  Thousands of Jefferson Counties tax payers money was spent keeping him isolated and subsequently permanently removed from me.

We The People Worldwide need Children and Families investigated. I’m a single Mother with no High School Education that had my first born stolen by CPS. The false allegation and the foster home made it impossible to get my daughter home. The foster home my daughter was in the Woman couldn’t have Children they lied and threatened my Family to keep my daughter. The foster carer then lied to her all her life about me so she didn’t look for me when she aged out.  I found her when she was 30 years old. Stephanie told me if she was to do that for a living she would of went to a different company because they pay more. These are the types of values my sweet daughter was taught all her life she would go with this person and know everything about the adoptions. When I found her I told her a little bit about what this Woman did to me not all I didn’t want to lose her again. The Social Worker told me Stephanie was her reward for taking a hard to place boy off their hands. I raised 4 Children without a High School Education basically alone. They all are good people My Children are my World as I’m sure all of our Children are. This problem with Children and Families is Worldwide and it needs to be investigated. We The People pay our taxes we deserve justice. We deserve to raise our Children without Children and Families trying to make a quota. Some of us live after this some of us take our own lives this must be looked into not swept under the rug. These Children are our lives. They falsify paper and keep our Children from us how is this Justice? God Bless All of Us on this Difficult Journey to say these Stolen Children Worldwide Amen

I so agree its time they investigate every state for this, more families are going through this situations in all the states and its getting worse.

My children and I have been victimized by KY CPS.  My children currently resides with family, however, the only court order addressing custody places them in the temporary custody of the state, even though they never spent a single night in any government/State ran facility/Foster home.  Which means the State of KY is defrauding the Federal Government by continuing to accept Federal funds to help support/care for my children.  Even though I have NO criminal background, have never given a dirty drug/alcohol screen, and have followed and completed all things asked of me, my family has not even begun reunification process.  It has been over a year and no one will even respond/communicate with me, they are dragging their feet and postponing all communications in an effort to TPR me and end a caring loving family.

Kerry Harvey. the Eastern District of Kentucky Federal Prosecutor was the general counsel for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services from 2008 to 2010.  Bunches of kids died during his time as General Counsel so I don’t think social workers in KY have to worry about being investigated because Harvey already has covered it up before.

Since Kentucky is not the only place this is happening concerned citizens throughout the country need to contact the FBI so they can investigate CPS in every State.
