“Family First Act” Has a “Presents for Pimps” Loophole to Allow Sex Trafficking to Continue in Foster Care Group Homes

It’s always cause for celebration when a place that institutionalizes children is forced to close. The residential treatment portion of Hawthorne-Cedar Knolls, an institution in Westchester County, north of New York City, is scheduled to shut down. But don’t celebrate too much. A new federal law actually makes it easier to keep such institutions going, and set up new ones. The shutdown of the residential treatment portion of Hawthorne-Cedar Knolls won’t happen because the agency that runs it, the Jewish Board Family and Children’s Services, had a crisis of conscience. It will happen because the pressure from upset neighbors and state regulators became too much. What was upsetting them? Oh, just the usual: violence and sex trafficking. Unfortunately, the new “Family First Act” comes complete with a “presents for pimps” loophole, that will encourage more tragedies like the one at Hawthorne-Cedar Knolls.

800K Children in the U.S. Missing Each Year – International Tribunal Exposes Pedophilia Problem – Victims Testify of Child Sex Trafficking and Satanic Ritual Abuse

800,000 children a year in the United States go missing, many of them being sexually trafficked through pedophilia networks where the children suffer unimaginable horrors such as Satanic ritual abuse. This number is comprised of documented cases of children gone missing, and does not include children who are born and bred into pedophilia networks and have no birth certificates, or undocumented immigrant children who come across the borders. Worldwide, the number is close to 8 million children missing and being sexually trafficked. Such is the scope of the problem that was reported earlier this year (2018) in Westminster, London by The International Tribunal for Natural Justice (ITNJ), as the court convened over a 3-day period to launch their Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse. The Judicial Commission is comprised of world leaders who have been involved in fighting child sex trafficking for years, and includes intelligence officers, politicians, legal scholars, and many others. The International Tribunal was formed because most of the world's government bodies today have been corrupted and no longer represent the people, but instead private corporate interests, and as such, justice is seldom found in most government judicial courts around the world today to stop such a heinous crime as child sex trafficking.

The corporate sponsored "mainstream" media has been fixated in recent days with reports that children are being separated from their parents at U.S. borders. For the news sources that are critical of the current administration, one is led to believe that this is a recent problem that just started. However, this limited and biased view is not even close to the truth. Health Impact News has covered the issue of child trafficking of minor children coming across the U.S. borders since 2016, when Senator Rob Portman (R-Ohio) published a six-month investigation into the matter during the Obama administration. Focusing on a couple of thousand children currently in border facilities without their parents also ignores a far greater problem, one that is a national crisis, and that is the 400,000+ children who have been taken away from their parents, and the practice of child trafficking that is continuing to happen in every U.S. state every single day. Thousands of Children in the UK Foster Care System Are Being Sold to Pedophile Rings

According to a growing number of reports, thousands of children are simply disappearing from the UK Care System (the equivalent of the "Foster Care" system in the U.S.) every year, and what is said to be happening to them is too awful to contemplate. Maggie Tuttle, children’s campaigner and founder of the action group, Children Screaming to be Heard, states: "The so called 10,000 kids, in 2018, that have gone missing are now being trafficked from care by Government bodies and their self-made army known as the Social Services, who also control the nation and as we know thousands of kids are stolen from care for the pedophiles." Whistle-blower and retired Criminal Investigation Department (CID) officer, Jon Wedger, who has a background working in the vice squad and in child abuse cases, told Health Impact News that he began investigating these "lost" children in the care of Social Services, and found many were being sold to brothels. But instead of being commended for his work, he lost his job and was threatened. A Scotland Yard detective told him: "When you investigate any crime, and you do well in it, you get praised, but when you look into child abuse cases, the opposite happens. If you ever expose what you have found out, you will lose your home, your children and your job...you must shut the f’ up. You will be thrown to the wolves; you have no idea who and what you are dealing with. I am warning you now, you must back away."

An independent candidate running for office in Virginia has admitted to being a pedophile. Nathan Larson is a 37-year-old accountant running for the U.S. House of Representatives in Virginia's 10th district. HuffPo's Jesselyn Cook conducted a phone interview with him and confirmed that he was the creator of websites suiped.org and incelocalypse.today, which Cook describes as "chat rooms that served as gathering places for pedophiles and violence-minded misogynists like himself." The websites were taken down last week. His campaign manifesto for his congressional run has since been taken down also. Between the interview, the websites, and his manifesto, there are enough vile, disgusting, radical views to keep the media occupied for days. The level of depravity within his writings is difficult to comprehend, and frankly, it turns the stomach. There is one aspect of his demented views that has garnered very little press. Yet, for readers who are concerned about the kidnapping of children for the adoption and foster care industry, it is an aspect that must not be overlooked. It reveals a very dark side to the industry that the media, even now, refuses to address. He confirmed to HuffPo that he wrote under the pseudonyms Leucosticte and Lysander. Under those names he has written to his followers, who are pedophiles like him, that they should endeavor to make enough money so that they can adopt children - for the purpose of using them as sex toys.

Attorney Reporting in Newsweek: Foster Care is a System Set Up to Sex Traffic American Children

Attorney Michael Dolce, from the law-firm Cohen Milstein, recently wrote an opinion piece published by Newsweek stating that the nation's foster care system is set up to sexually traffic children. Dolce, who speaks from experience from representing children abused in foster care, writes: "Here’s the ugly truth: most Americans who are victims of sex trafficking come from our nation’s own foster care system. It’s a deeply broken system that leaves thousands vulnerable to pimps as children and grooms them for the illegal sex trade as young adults. We have failed our children by not fixing the systemic failures that have allowed this to happen for decades."

Texas Child “Protection” Services: Pipeline to Child Sex Trafficking

The Texas Tribune is running a series of articles this month highlighting the problems of child sex trafficking in Texas. They point out how: Eighty-six percent of runaway children in the United States suspected of being forced into sex work came from the child welfare system, according to a 2016 analysis of cases reported to the National Center on Missing and Exploited Children. Of the 79,000 child sex trafficking victims estimated to be in the state, the vast majority were in foster care or had previous contact with Child Protective Services, according to a recent University of Texas study. We applaud the Texas Tribune for covering this issue. However, as in most mainstream media reports on issues such as this one, the corruption in Child Protective services is seldom, if ever, reported, or the fact that the majority of children taken from their homes are NOT for reasons of abuse, but for "neglect." Children taken into custody by the state represent a significant source of income for those employed by the state for "child welfare." In a recent report from Connecticut, for example, we see that 90% of children entering the system are NOT for abuse, but "neglect." This is generally true in every state, and "neglect" is such a broad category, that we have seen children taken away from parents for disagreeing with a doctor over the care of their children, allowing the children to run around outside barefoot, taking a child out of school to start homeschooling, having a dirty house, etc.

New California Proposed Bill to Increase Government Seizure of Children from Families?

You may be familiar with the phrase “as California goes, so goes the nation." California’s legislative innovations are increasingly becoming harbingers of medical tyranny over children and their families. California Senator Dr. Richard Pan pushed through the mandatory vaccine law SB 277 last year with financial backing from vaccine manufacturers to ban children from public and private schools unless most of the CDC vaccine schedule was completed. Previous allowable vaccination exemptions are no longer allowed, except for medical exemptions. However, one prestigious California pediatrician is being threatened with losing his license to practice for issuing a medical exemption to vaccines to one of his patients. Could this be the State's method of shutting down doctors who dare to write vaccine exemptions, so that soon not even medical exemptions will be readily available to those who need them? Other such state bills mandating vaccines and removing exemptions were easily defeated across the U.S. in 2015, due to public outcry. Yet even though the public outcry was probably the loudest in California in opposition to SB 277, it somehow still passed. California became the first state to remove religious and philosophical exemptions to vaccines. Two other states, Mississippi and West Virginia, have never had such exemptions, and their yearly health statistics on children are consistently among the worst in the United States. Will the health of California's children now decline due to mandated increases in vaccination rates? Now that same state senator, Dr. Pan, is introducing new legislation, SB 18, that allows the state to assume total ownership of a child’s well being, as defined by state and medical bureaucratic “experts.”
