The European database of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance, [1] which also tracks reports of injuries and deaths following the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines.”

Here is what EudraVigilance [2] states about their database:

This website was launched by the European Medicines Agency [3] in 2012 to provide public access to reports of suspected side effects (also known as suspected adverse drug reactions). These reports are submitted electronically to EudraVigilance [4] by national medicines regulatory authorities and by pharmaceutical companies that hold marketing authorisations (licences) for the medicines.

EudraVigilance is a system designed for collecting reports of suspected side effects. These reports are used for evaluating the benefits and risks of medicines during their development and monitoring their safety following their authorisation in the European Economic Area (EEA). EudraVigilance has been in use since December 2001.

This website was launched to comply with the EudraVigilance Access Policy [4], which was developed to improve public health by supporting the monitoring of the safety of medicines and to increase transparency for stakeholders, including the general public.

The Management Board of the European Medicines Agency [5] first approved the EudraVigilance Access Policy in December 2010. A revision was adopted by the Board in December 2015 based on the 2010 pharmacovigilance legislation. The policy aims to provide stakeholders such as national medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA, the European Commission, healthcare professionals, patients and consumers, as well as the pharmaceutical industry and research organisations, with access to reports on suspected side effects.

Transparency is a key guiding principle of the Agency, and is pivotal to building trust and confidence in the regulatory process. By increasing transparency, the Agency is better able to address the growing need among stakeholders, including the general public, for access to information. (Source [2].)

Their report through April 10, 2021 lists 6,662 deaths and 299,065 injuries following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots:

A Health Impact News subscriber in Europe ran the reports for each of the four COVID-19 shots we are including here. This subscriber has volunteered to do this, and it is a lot of work to tabulate each reaction with injuries and fatalities, since there is no place on the EudraVigilance [2] system we have found that tabulates all the results.

These are some serious numbers, and yet we do not know of a single news organization, either corporate media or alternative media, who has published anything on this besides Health Impact News.

Leanna Smith has been fighting the State of Arizona for several years for allegedly taking away her two daughters illegally in a massive medical cover-up and fraud case. Now she gets her day in federal court on Friday April 17th, 2015 at 9:00am in the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in San Francisco.

But will justice prevail?

The state of Arizona is known as being one of the most corrupt states in the U.S. legally kidnapping children and destroying families. Arizona has the highest percentage of children nationwide being taken out of their families and being put into foster care.

Is this because there are so many more terrible parents in Arizona than the rest of the country, or because the foster care system brings in hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue in federal subsidies, leading to children being abducted by the State from loving parents?

It is a well-known fact that children in Arizona foster care do not do well, and are suffering. Earlier this year (2015), a federal class-action lawsuit [111] was filed against the directors of the Arizona Department of Children’s Services and the Department of Health Services for alleged abuses against children suffered in the State’s care.

The Case of Leanna Smith’s Two Daughters: Medical Malpractice and Sexual Abuse Alleged

One of the most tragic stories we have published is the story of Leanna and Darrell Smith’s two daughters, which perhaps most illustrates the depth of corruption that many families have reported exists in the Arizona “medical kidnapping” system. This case may very well determine the future of thousands of Arizona’s children taken by the dysfunctional child protective services unit, renamed the Department of Child Safety.

Arizona has nearly 17,000 children in the foster care system drawing down hundreds of millions of dollars in federal subsidies and compensation. It is an allegedly corrupt system that many say is hidden in non-transparent and non-accountable juvenile court proceedings, uninvestigated foster homes, and mental and physical health care providers without oversight or accountability.

Parents languish in these juvenile court proceedings without the capacity to enter evidence and testimony that would explain their case and in some cases would completely vindicate the parents of any wrongdoing.

Law enforcement is allegedly held at bay, unable to share their findings, unless the Arizona Attorney General’s Office asks for those findings from investigations to be submitted to the court.

State Legislators and even the Governor of the State of Arizona, are forbidden to speak and listen to their constituents [114] about issues dealing with Child Protective Services or the Department of Child Safety.

Will the Leanna Smith case finally be the case that forces Arizona to clean up a system designed to protect children from abuse, but that is allegedly doing the exact opposite?

Over the past month, technology companies have laid off tens of thousands of employees. And the momentum in layoffs only appears to be worsening.

According to a new report via NYTimes [134] this morning, Amazon could add to the count this week as approximately 10,000 people in corporate and technology jobs will be slashed, in what could be the most significant job cut in the company’s history.

People with direct knowledge of the layoff plan said job cuts would be focused on Amazon’s devices organization, including the voice-assistant Alexa, its retail division, and human resources.

“The total number of layoffs remains fluid. But if it stays around 10,000, that would represent roughly 3 percent of Amazon’s corporate employees and less than 1 percent of its global workforce of more than 1.5 million, which is primarily composed of hourly workers,” NYTimes said. 

A deteriorating macroeconomic backdrop led America’s second-largest employer to announce a hiring freeze in early October (read: here [135]). Amazon recruiters were instructed to halt all hiring for “corporate roles, including technology positions, globally in its Amazon stores business, which covers the company’s retail and operations, and accounts for the bulk of Amazon’s sales” by mid-Oct. Then in late October, the company froze hiring for its lucrative web services division [136], Amazon Web Services.

Amazon would become the latest tech company to reduce headcount. Just in the last few months, Twitter, Facebook parent Meta, ride-hailing company Lyft, software service firm Salesforce, payment platform Stripe, and a growing list of tech companies [138] have announced layoffs of engineers, salespeople, and support staff.

“It does feel a little like 2000,” Lise Buyer, a tech analyst, executive, and investor, recently told WaPo.

The tsunami of layoffs comes after Silicon Valley peaked last year. Since then, the NYSE FANG+ Index, a basket of tech stocks with Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Alphabet’s Google, has collapsed 42% from the 2021 peak.

You must take this product. You cannot sue if injured. You can maybe see the clinical trial safety data in 75+ years. And the deidentified post-licensure safety data – no, you cannot see that either.

Three [168] prior [169] posts [170] explained how the FDA seeks to delay for 75+ years full production of Pfizer’s pre-licensure safety data.  While we have that fight, we submitted a request to the CDC, on behalf of ICAN, for the deidentified post-licensure safety data for the Covid-19 vaccines in the CDC’s v-safe system.  Even though this data is available in deidentified form (meaning, it includes no personal health information), the CDC refused to produce this data claiming it is not deidentified.

So, on behalf of ICAN, we filed a federal lawsuit [171] against the CDC and its parent entity, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), to force the CDC to produce this data to the public.  The CDC should have no issue doing so because it has already made this data available to a private company – Oracle – in deidentified form.  It is telling that Larry Ellison’s company can see the data American taxpayers paid the CDC to collect but the average American and independent scientists cannot?!

What is the v-safe system you may ask?  Since rolling out the Covid-19 vaccines, the FDA and CDC have stated that their primary safety monitoring system, VAERS, is unreliable.  The CDC therefore deployed a new safety monitoring system for COVID-19 vaccines called “v-safe.”  V-safe [172] is a smartphone app that allows vaccine recipients to “tell CDC about any side effects after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.”  The purpose [173] of the app “is to rapidly characterize the safety profile of COVID-19 vaccines when given outside a clinical trial setting.”  With this new system, the CDC claims [174] that these “vaccines are being administered under the most intensive vaccine safety monitoring effort in U.S. history.”

That all sounds great.  And a CDC document [173] explains that data submitted to v-safe is “collected, managed, and housed on a secure server by Oracle,” a private computer technology company, and that Oracle can access “aggregate deidentified data for reporting.”  This means data submitted to v-safe is already available in deidentified form and could be immediately released to the public.

But yet, after we submitted a FOIA request [175] to the CDC, on behalf of ICAN, to produce the deidentified v-safe data, the CDC acknowledged [176] that “v-safe data contains approximately 119 million medical entries” but refused to produce that data by claiming that the “information in the app is not de-identified.”  The CDC had apparently not read its own documentation regarding v-safe. But we had.  So, we appealed this decision and submitted another request [177] to the CDC that expressly asked only for any deidentified v-safe data, in the app or otherwise.  Meaning, in the form that the CDC made the data available to Oracle.  Incredibly, the CDC administratively closed [178] this request stating it was duplicative of the original request.

Let me break that down again.  The first request was denied by the CDC because it claimed the request sought data in the app that was deidentified.  But then the CDC closed the second request, which made clear it is seeking only deidentified data (in the app or otherwise), by claiming the second request was duplicative of the first request! If this sounds ridiculous, it is because it is.

The public should be outraged by the CDC’s games.

The introduction to the lawsuit is copied below with a link to the entire complaint at the end.  As with the pre-licensure Pfizer data, if you find what you are reading difficult to believe, that is because it is dystopian for the government to give pharmaceutical companies billions, mandate Americans to take their products, prohibit Americans from suing for harms, yet refuse to let Americans see the pre- and post-licensure safety data for these products.

The lesson yet again is that civil and individual rights should never be contingent upon a medical procedure.

Why have parents in Pomona, California been able to gather more than 2000 petitions to remove Commissioner Rocky Crabb from the bench in Family Court?

Parents who have contacted Health Impact News have reported an abuse of power, discrimination against Hispanics, taking children away from good parents and leaving them in the hands of abusers, and a denial of civil rights by Commissioner Rocky Crabb, who functions in the same capacity as a judge. The primary difference between a commissioner and a judge is that a commissioner is appointed and voted on by judges, not the public, and therefore holds less accountability to voters.

Rocky Crabb ran for office [185], as Superior Court Judge in LA County in 2008, but lost [185], having obtained just 37% of the vote while his opponent won with 63%. He remains on the bench, however, as an appointed commissioner.

The website RobeProbe.com [186] rates judges, and Commissioner Rocky Crabb has 44 ratings. A user can rate a judge on a variety of qualities, ranging from “Very Bad,” “Bad,” “Adequate,” “Good,” or “Excellent.”

Out of Commissioner Crabb’s 44 ratings [186], 43 are overall “Very Bad” and 1 is “Adequate.”

There are currently over 30 cases Commissioner Crabb has ruled on that are being appealed.

So how does this man stay in power? Parents have told us that attorneys are reluctant to take their case when they learn it is against Commissioner Rocky Crabb, a man who was appointed to his position – not elected by the public.
